MINISO

The Miniso store at Burjuman, especially its manager, displays unprofessional behavior. They advertised a promotion where purchases above 59 AED would include free gift wrapping. However, when we asked for it, they refused, citing busyness, and their managers failed to provide a proper response

We had a bad experience with the lady staff named, ROCHELLE (Miniso BURJUMAN)! We asked for free gift wrapping considering the value of items we purchased is within the required amount to get the service. She let us wait and after a while she said they cannot do the free gift wrapping coz they are BUSY, busy counting money considering the people on queue in the other counter. And the way she treats her subordinate is very rude and unprofessional. We left and she never apologize to us with her rude and unacceptable behavior. Sorry but with her attitude she should not lead the store. She is ruining the image of Miniso. I would like to commend the 2 guys (staff) who are very accommodating and provided great service. Please take action with this incident and I hope this will not happen again with other customers.

The store really has a lot to offer and the quality of products is good

I love the brand so much but the staff is very poor in costumer service I recommend they need training
