That they have everything, yes everything, at least at dubai mall branch
Start from skin care (creams, masks, oils), tissues (wet, dry, compressed, you name it!) make-up, make-up accessories, props for facial care, toys (check the awesome legos!), school stationary, bags, lunch box and lunch bags, hats, socks, leggings, eye-shades, travel necessities, soaps, bath bombs, toothbrushs, cups, mini baking stuff, hair accessories and care, mirrors, towels.
Tbh I can't mention everything
I just emmerse and enjoy
Not to mention their friendly and helpful staff

Another Miniso stall filled with cute items that my daughter likes to spend at least 1.5 hours in.
Anything from soft toys ranging in sizes, to figurines, to facial items, and keyrings or stationery items.

Miniso Dubaimall Lower ground is very nice store in terms of product even the staff are so freindly

Good Shop! I bought Room freshner and scent diffuser! And one thing this is Japanese Happy shop someone told me!

The staff are really rude.just wanted to exchange item that wasn't working well, first they told me I'm lying, after i brought another item which was exact same price without checking they are lashing out at me that it should be same price.they couldn't look more annoyed and miserable with me and made me uncomfortable.staff need training to how to deal with customer.even person who is going back for exchange is still a customer.you should just remove your return/exchange policy if you are this miserable with it.

Today we were at the store and the cashier Mohamed including the Store manager Suhail are the most unprofessional people i have seen in my entire life. They doubled billed me and when i inquired why my price was high they were like oh its double billed. Grabbed my receipt and amended and again simply threw it without an apology.
Look people make mistakes but having the courtesy to say sorry isn't a big deal. If i didn't cross check they would have ignored it. Perhaps i feel they do this to many people and steal their money because i i saw them upset over the encounter and seems like their robbery mission failed.
This is at the Dubai mall. Be careful always cross check your bills.

Very rude staff, need to train how to have a good customer service. I bought a lunch bag, i didnt check because im in hurry, then next day when i cut the tag, i notice that it is already broken, i went to the shop to ask if they could replace it, as i didnt use it yet, coz its not even 24 hours, the staff reply is, needed to call the headquarters first, do an investigation, insisting that they will noticed it on display if it broken, its like im the one who broke it, unfortunately that time i didn’t bring the receipt, i still keep the receipt, then the way she talks to me is im just disturbing her, she dont like to entertain me more, as she turn her back, the way she treated me is like your just wasting my time, i bought in their store because i trust the quality of the product, we all know that it happens that there is factory damaged, or some other reason it has damaged, on the same day, i sent e mail for awareness and no action taken, until now.

I hope it will not happen to other customers.

Very nice but their prices are not correct.they charge you more on counter from display one.even staff doesn't know.

Quite affordable but they have limited products compared to the other miniso stores have been to. I guess they need to restock or get more products like their other stores in other countries. Still quite affordable with quite a number of items

The customer service is bad I pay cash then he say sorry I don’t have 50 fils change it’s not about the money but if I don’t have this 50 file he will never say ok you can go
One of the employees take his t-shirt up I can see his belly in front of the customer this is so bad
Only one casher is open we have to wait on the que?

Interested store with very nice design with unique items and very accepted prices. I highly recommended.

Oh I'm in love with tis place.it has such smart things to figure out and organise things at home.

They have some great home accessories & knick knacks, great quality at very reasonable prices.

This shop is definitely a must visit. Lots of cute things but affordable prices. If you are looking for a gift, you should visit this place.

Seriously love this little shop. Typical Japanese daintiness and style. Everything is well made and the price! I think it is the only reasonably priced place in the mall. Quality product, eloquent simple.and the staff are so patience and kind. Always do a stop off here and leave with something.

What is the point of having a phone listed online if no one picks up? Ridiculous! No one has time to go all the way to the store only to find the product is unavailable hence why phone services were invented! Work on that!

I came here and bought a Bluetooth speaker which was only 87 AED so far it works well and no issues this store is like “Dasio” Japan store in the Dubai Mall cute trinkets and items with a reasonable price, I would come here again. The items they sell are baby stuff, lotions, makeup, bathroom, sandals. Everything is nice and organized and clean. It’s across from the waitrose Grocery store on the ground floor.

The staff was acting like i was trying to take something belonging to them for free. You don't expect that kind of attitude from them.

Cheap and bad stuff under Japanese brand. I bought there the laptop bag and before buying i asked the guy who's working there is it good for MacBooks or no? He said that he doesn't know. So, despite the fact that salesmen doesn't know items of his shop i decided to buy the laptop bag at least because it was mentioned in description that it is for 14" display. When i came home and try to fit macbook inside i realized that this bag for 11 inch only.description not equal reality.other things in the shop just look like aliexpress branch.
