Attestation are to done by online booking through MOFA app. Documents belonging to individuals for attestation are charged 150dhs. Additional courier charges of approx 40dhs for normal and 150dhs for express / same day.

Such a shame that everything needs to be done online. Attestation of documents was my worst experience with a governmental entity ever, documents are not submitted online, a person is sent to collect them from you and then drop them off to you after attesting.

Delivery time was not as mentioned, the delivery driver contacted me and said he will deliver my documents by 3pm… it’s 9: 30 and I haven’t received them yet.

No help or customer service to talk to and explain the situation might be in.

Legally translated documents were rejected and original documents were accepted even though they are the exact same document, and I have to wait 14 days to receive my refund.

I’ve been a year almost, I am chasing for my refund payment, NO SUCCESS. Every time I call, have to verify and explain whole details start to end. Then same update ‘CONCERN TEAM WILL CONTACT’ which not happened ever since a year. I received email and SMS with complain number every time new. So far I have 1000 sms and email for complaint without any result.
This is a government department, they should do at least their work professionally. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I never experience such a horrible situations, for our own payment we have to beg. They ask to check bank for payment and I have asked provide me a proof of payment or some transaction number, they refused to give. After all, which shows that there is no intention of them refunding the money. “SUCH A WORST DEPARTMENT”

We engage with numerous government agencies for attestation and permissions as part of our job profile and demand, but their service is utterly bizarre.  This Body's workplace culture gives the impression that it in a different universe from Dubai, where it is a "15-week city" as opposed to the "15-minute city" that Dubai claims to be. We had registered a request on February 28th, and it is still due after three weeks. Furthermore, there is no way to follow up because repeated emails and phone calls have failed.

This kind of service is something effecting the business economy as a whole.

Opening hours for Friday are 8 AM - 11 AM. Mentioned wrongly as 7.30 AM. Quick service.the entire process took 15 mins. No need for PCR test. Simple & Hassle free process

Everything is good and people are kind, but you have to bring a pcr valid within 14 days only plus the vaccine certificate, i finished my stamp in 2 seconds exactly, but prepare first your test results and vaccine certificate and come early also, a helpful man staff name is saeed he is very kind and helpful

I have to mention The lady who attested my certificate was fast and polite, so I don't want to say everything is bad.

A German guy came for his education certificate attestation and manager let him to be attended out of que without considering other people.

For some strange reasons the signature on the certificate is so big that it's taking up quarter of the sheet! Like how a child would do it.
I can't complain on the speediness of the attestation but definitely can't call it a happiness centre coz of the attitude and the way they deal with something taht took years of hard work to gain.

It was the worse experience ever,
The official closing time is 2 pm but the stop working at 1: 25 pm.

Believe me! It is the easiest process you will ever come across in your life. But please please go with any bank card. If you plan to pay cash you will have to go through a process to make an ecard. If you have any bank card, you can just finish everything within maximum 5 minutes and leave with happiness. As it say, It is really a Happiness Centre. Hey All, Hear me loud, You should bring a bank ATM/Credit card with you for easy job.

This is the best Government Office I've been too in UAE. All staff are very respectful and they are all smiling. They have the fastest service as well and everyone is so accommodating.

I completed the attestation of my graduation certificate with in 10 minutes.was my first time when I visited the office for my attestation. I paid here only 162 Dhs include the vat.
Due to the covid pandemic they accepted only the digital money. Liquid cash is not accept there.

Only took 10 minutes! Very fast service, especially for women since they let us first.

But no skirts, mine is actually lower than the knee but still they asked us to change to pants.

Overall, it was a good exp.

It is called customer happiness centre for all the best reasons.
I reached its parking at 8: 22am and I was outside by 8: 35am. That's how quick and easy it was.
I had my baby's birth certificate attested from Pakistan's ministry of foreign affairs in Pakistan, and also attested from UAE embassy in Pakistan. I came here to attest the birth certificate and it was completely hassle free. They accept cards so don't worry about cash.
Don't go to attestation service agencies, just come here and get your documents attested within no time.

Back in 2012 I attested there my diploma at MOFA. This year (2020) I was informed by PRO that he could not upload my diploma for my work permit, because it was getting rejected. So I visited MOFA and they told me my stamp was old (I paid for it 150AED in 2012) and I need to pay for a new one AGAIN.that is one more reason to extract money form people who lost jobs due to current covid-19 situation.really VERY Disappointing. Also you will waste time to find parking.

Out of 8 counters all counters are working with one extra counter.

Fast service, done attestation within five minutes.

I visited the ministry of Foreign Affairs office today morning. Very peaceful office and staff with quick service. But there are some issues. I have given the birth certificate both (Arabic & English) and they stamped on both without informing me that only one certificate is required for attestation.
It was my first time when I visited the office for attestation and was not aware that one or two certificates required for attestation.
I think staff must inform the customer about it.
Now I have paid 150 DHS extra for nothing.

Not happy. May be I was wrong also but still stuff is aware fully and they must inform their customers.

1. I was there for Degree attestation; which you can attest if you have a prior attestation from Embassy of UAE in your country or consulate of your country in UAE.
2. Simply do the payment either through document attestation UAE website service and making a payment online or at the MOFA Customer Happiness Center (By either cash for which they charge 165 AED and gave you edirham, better to have change or through debit or credit card)
3. Wait in queue and finally they attest it.
4. The process is quite simple and fast.

No visitors allowed, online services only since last week, all proccess is extremely slow.instead of spending 1 hour or a bit more when submitting directly in the ministry now the proccess is taking a week or even more, not to mention about the extra cost.absolute inconvenience!

Now it is very complicated to apply for the documents get attested. My documents got rejected without a reason nor written explanation. I paid AED 155 + Emirates Post fee done thru online all the procedure. I ask thru online live chat but no clear answer received. You can not go directly to MOFAIC office due to COVID, but I hope they sent an instruction on what will be the next step for the rejected documents for attestation.

Came in twice in a week for attestation.
If you arrive by 10 am you will have a better chance at getting your work done earlier than if you come at 1pm.
10 am - 25mins waiting time
1pm. - 1 hour waiting time.
There was a person that had to keep his kid in the car, make sure to come alone for MOFA work.

*Both cash and card are accepted.

Very Slow online process, applications take several days just to review prior payment. Appreciate future improvements.

Visited the ministry in 2014 was assisted by helpful staff. The Ministry has been urged to aid dual citizens being detained in North Carolina. US Dept of State in Charlotte NC along with Sheikh Rashid Al Maktoum have information about the matter which involves dual citizen passport/visa government records & documents being unlawfully with held from him in Cleveland County NC.

Bad experience with the Cashier, he just want to sell E-Dirham when you can pay with your card. He didn't bother himself to ask: " how would you like to pay"

For those medical professionals from India and working in Dubai and who desire to get their company work/salary certificate will be asked to get the certificate attested from DHA at Festival city. Upon checking with DHA they confirm they do not carry out such Attestation.
Work around is to register yourself with MOHRE and download the experience certificate online, take print out and then re-visit MOFA and can get Attestation now.

Staff is so friendly, especially the gentleman at reception.
Service is surprisingly fast.

I went to MOFA yesterday, the place was nice, organised and nearly nine counters with representitives are available and they were super kind and professional, I completed my attestation in less than 10 minutes.

Customer service is not approachable, show rude behaviour and poor customer service. Not happy at all.

Their call center gives wrong information, I called and asked if I could attest a paper, they said they do, I had to go back there twice with no result.

Poor service. I have taken 2 document for attestation, they will not process 2 document i need to go Manara center. I went manara, they are not accepting one document, I should go before 10am. Now I am confused where I can get it done. Very very bad service lack of staff also. Unprofessional

Very rude and unprofessional staff starting from the security at entrance till the staff sitting on seats. Only 2 or 3 counters work at a time and you need to wait alot before your job is done. And remember not to ask any question as they will mind and can refuse to do your jobe done. Surprisingly a government entity cannot be like this.

I have a nice experienced. Staff are all nice and smiling unlike to others. Very nice service and they are all smiling and happy. It's really literal happiness.

Very slow service. Very crowded. Very few employee. The employee on the counter was very arrogant. I had to wait to wait for 77 people about 2 hours.

If you paying by cash, after you took the token. You have to pay in advance in any cash counter. You can expect large crowd so come early.

Why is it so slow ever since? Why not trying to provide parking for people? Why wasting half day everytime we need attestation?

Very fast service. If someome have Debit card or Credit card, then they can enter into the attestation area by taking token, without going to cash counter.
