Actually this tasheel is most bad experience ever in UAE, staff is not good training and manner, the knowledge is lack, typing is slowly, the owner deal with issues also very low efficiency, it is lots of delays.

This tasheel only luxury facilities, other services is nothing.
I recommend other location in Dubai.

The service is very slow. Minimum waiting time is around 40 minutes. They have several cabins but only 2 staffs are available. They do not like doing NAWAKAS transaction and will give you several reasons (broken scanner, the signature is not correct, thumbmark is no longer required, etc) just to avoid doing it in their center. Some staffs are not knowledgeable with the process, if they are, they cannot explain it properly.it's better to go to other centers than wasting your time.

It is very bad Experince with the typing center, due to staff not professional, make name is wrong typing, it is long time delay, it is not recommended, better choose other branch

Avoid processing applications in here. I got a delay of 8 days due to the typist who didn't scan the pic properly and for the second time the passport. The application is still pending. Visit other branches better.

Horribe service. I went for a transaction, there was just one customer before me, it took 2 hours to get my job done. There are so many counters but only 1 or 2 staffs doing the job. Even the counter incharge has lack of knowledge on the job, she was often calling her supervisor to clarify her doubts. Also I was not getting a proper respect as I was an expat and was given least priority.

Very slow service. Have to wait long and majority of the counters are not working even though staff are available.

Very slow and waited almost 1 hour for my turn. They have 14 counters but only 3 were working.

Masha allah the service is very good excellent when I applied for new visa the staff are good and helping nature, and from last two days I'm visiting for visa cancellation but the server is down so they need to work on it.

I used to go this Tas'heel, since it was close to my office.

But when I went there last time two weeks ago, the supervisor told if I don't bring more transactions they are NOT going to do ANY of my applications.

The reason he gave me is my applications may take more time so he doesn't want to spent more time for random customers.

My number is posted publicly and i am receiving calls day and night from all the countries.this is mentally frustrating me and my husband and i have several times raised a complaint but no action takes.i am so disappointed.

Director of Human Resource is very nice. He tries to solve general public problem very nicely and genuinely. For them all are priority. I left my Emirates ID there he personal send email to me to inform the same.

Today is my first experience in platinum
But i never seen before this kind of respect
