Had a massive problem with my laptop as i dropped a big amount of coffee and it suddenly switched off and stop working. The service at minutes was great, and Imran the technician was awesome. They cleaned and fixed my laptop in less than 3 hours. And price was significantly lower than other service shops which asked me to leave the laptop for at least 3 days for assessment. Really happy with the service.

I paid 70 AED for a small battery for my watch, watched stopped working after a month. Went to the minutes shop in battuta and asked them to check, they said 140 AED for a new battery, after asking them to replace their faulty battery they asked for receipt, I showed them the credit card SMS but they denied that this us their battery, 70 AED is small amount but the fact that shop manager lies to my face is bad dignity, do not trust and always ask for receipt, bad quality and liars

Poor customer service, I really didn't want to give even one star. Went there to fix my phone for power button replacement. Guess what, they caused further damage by putting glue. My phone is samsung A80 and it has the feature to flip the back camera to the front. As they put the glue, the mechanism got stuck and camera won't flip anymore. When I return to the same shop to discuss the concern the next day, they said its not their fault.for some small stuffs, they may be reliable, but for fixing mobile and stuffs, they are not reliable. Worst part is the customer service, they don't know, even the manager don't know how to interact with customers. Even the call center, dont know how to respond. Totally pathetic

From my side they are really bad with their prices no mercy at all, they are using peoples money to open new shops for the worst customer service I ever seen, to print one paper colored 5 dirhams, black and white 3 unbelievable, so if one worker went to print his documents 5 pages colored 25 dirhams like more than meal price to eat even they did not type it or translated. This is really ridiculous, stealing and scam!

Batteries that is 8 Dirham next door in Carrefor cost you 27 Dirham at minutes and it is identical

Went to buy butteries for my BP machine and asked for 2 batteries and the girl handed it to me and took my card and charged me 27 Dirham per battery
I was shocked but she said this is the normal price for this kind of batteries and being the first time buying such batteries I took them and went out
Next door is carfour where I went to buy some groceries to find out that they sell the same batteries and to my surprise it was 10 Dirham per one compared to 27 Dirham at minutes
So I went back right away to minutes and told the girl that I found the same for more than half the price
She just looked at me and said this is our price it is better quality so I told her it is the same battery and if she can’t match the price I would like to return them
She rudely throw them on the counter and said this is our price and we can’t return them
This is a place I will never return to even if it is the last shop on earth neither will recommend it to anyone

Great service. Took in five of my best watches for repair and batteries. Technician completed the work in less than 1.5 hours and even cleaned one to look like new. I highly recommend this shop.

The worst customer service.they would tell you to come back after 2 hours to pick your item but when you do.they inform you that it will take till the next day.great in wasting customers time!

Warning! If printing by page double-check with personnel the settings. I got 600 one- sided pages printed (4 kg to bring around) and paid 600 aed (ca 170€) for this service.

Very bad service i paid a lot to repair my laptop screen and they told me it had one year warranty and one week later it started to flicker I went back to them and they said we will not fix it there is no warranty for it

Good and rapid service.
I have a special diving watch and had my batteries changed here. The work was executed fine but they do not have a pressure chamber for testing nor a new fitting ring to close it.
Hence it is fine for normal cheaper watches but not up to a professional store.

Complete rip off. Charged us aed 80 for a battery when it costs aed 4 outside. Never ever going back.
