I have used several services from Minutes in Dubai Hills Mall. The whole team is great and very kind. I have mostly used the services of Sahil, who is the tailor. And I have to say he has magical fingers. I had a dress that was made shorter by a tailor in France and it was a real mess. Sahil managed to undo everything and make it like it just came out of the shop. He is the best tailor I ever met. Thank you Sahil.

And the Felix and Binod workers are not professional. Terrible, terrible

Terrible place to take ID photos. They don’t have a proper area or lighting equipment for photo taking. Just go to Desco.

I bought a dress in to have the zip fixed and a necklace. Aslam was really helpful and fixed my necklace while I waited and for free as he used the links I had that has broken. Great service!

Aslam was very helpful in getting the school bag repaired. It was a zipper issue which was fixed instantly!

They asked me to wait 20 minutes to take a picture because the technician was busy. What about the rest of the staff? There were at least 4 more people working there and one customer only. I even called in advance to confirm they take pictures. I will never come back.
