The worth team what I meet in the service. I brought very simple thing to fix which I can fix if I will have a tools. But the technical old man did not even look at this and said no I CAN'T fix it. He did not even try. They always choose clients. If I will bring experience item all of them will be be happy to assist. THE WORTH SERVICE.

In Dubai mall, ground floor, with a lot of staff do we will not wait at all.
And also with a lot of apple products you do not find in a lot of shops with electronic products.

They made my key within 10 min but they were not working so again i had to bring them back to the shop.

I had to print an important file. They waisted my time.printed it in a really bad quality, seems like that their ink is over just. But, they said, they don't know what to do. Like it's not their problem.

Their services are really expensive for nothing, don't ur waste time, u won't fix Ur watch or anything bro, u might even damage it from those guys.

We came in two weeks ago and asked to have my mothers phone repaired.
The older man said it would be 170 roughly to have with only 7 days warranty or 260 with 1 year warranty. We asked with Apple products - he said YES!

We have come in today, to have it done and paid 260 and standing here we said with apple correct? She said yes high quality we then repeated but with apple products right? ! She didn’t want to answer us and just kept repeating herself the other guy came over and again didn’t want to say no it’s not. After a good 5 minutes they admitted not APPLE products! They didn’t care, and said fine we put back broken screen and you go else where.

It would have been nice to have been honest with us from the beginning and we would have been fine with the outcome.

Now we have had the old screen put back in and there is NO SPEAKER- the phone doesn’t work! When we call from it the people can hear us but we cannot hear anything.

Worst service and they have actually done more damage to the phone now.
