I am a customer many many years I’m minutes overall good and fast service but today one girl stood out! N she gave extra service just noticing my mobile being scratched and sold me on all services and all I was doing was fixing 3 Pairs of shoes ‘Rebecca needs a gold medal well done

Visited minutes store in mirdif city centre to solve major phone issue! Was solved within 15 mins! I am extremely pleased with the service. My phone was returned to me and looked brand new! Must visit store for any electronic issues.

Amazing hospitality! Had an issue with my phone that just needed cleaning. Zaid cleaned it for me and did not even charge. Professional service and great customer service!

I’m randa habib I come today to check my phone mr arham hell me but i think he’s sleeping cause his trying but he said i have to go Etisalat to check with them. Very bad service in city center mirdifspiecilay from the stuff guy call pushkar i go to cut old mercedes car key and continuo to give me excuses first its difficult and after no stuff

Pushkar was amazing in saving me a lot of money. Took my phone to samsung and they tried to get me to buy a whole new phone. Pushkar simply said the charging port piece fell out of place. Simple fix. I will come here first every single time.

I don’t know what wrong with the people who work there I told them that I wanted a battery and he told that it’s 40. And then after I paid with my credit card I found out that it’s 47. They can tell the price without lying.

Unresponsable store specially for mobile fixing, never take responsibility about diffect in there spare parts.

All workers, who work in this shop they used to work in a laundry, so they didn’t know anything about how to repair watches, bags, and mobile phones.

Don’t keep your valuable items in their hands

Lucky that the minimum review must be a one star, otherwise and according to your customer service, you deserve ZERO Star, no one answering phone, your whatsapp on your website is not working, your customer service contact number 800 minutes is just number to ringing and no one answering from one week, even no body answering emails

Don't go near them. They gave sub standard service for installing an expensive protective shield for my apple watch. Bubbles started forming in 15 days and when I asked them to replace they said I needed to pay again to do it. I even told them i don't mind paying 50% of the cost and they declined. You only make one mistake with such vendors and I made mine. Avoid!

The worst company ever! Don’t ever go there even if your life depended on it. They are highly unprofessional. I only gave one star because I had to rate it something.

The staff were kind and service was fast.
Unfortunately i wont go back even if they are the only resolution point. In summary I took my iphone x which was out of warranty to them and they fixed it as per them due to a faulty charging port which they replaced. BUT just yesterday i figured out that they have replaced my original battery with duplicate which result in charging my phone 4+ times a day and the installation was made using a double face tape since they removed even the base of the battery

One more comment guys be careful providing them your mobile lock code since the guy received my phone was insisting to get it but since I convinced him that he don’t need it as per him to do the test after fixing he changed his mind

It's a Rip off place and the prices changes between their shop
