Never ever give any expensive items for restoration or fixing in this place, in any Minutes branch in general! I don't understand, why their techicians are touching things, which they are not capable to fix? !
First, fixing time took one month,
instead of promiced 2 weeks. Second, 1150 aed was a charge for the worst service ever, and the silver plate was too expensive, we couldn't leave there but same time feel so sad and upset about this situation!
Dear Minutes owner & managers, do a favor, invest some money in your technicians trainings, take the responsibility of the items which you are taking to fix. Why is not possible to honestly say, that you can't fix it? Bcs the first priority is not customer and results, but ur pockets!
The smallest things can't be done properly, to not talk about branded items. When you charge money, make sure the service is done properly, and the client will not be charged high price for super low quality of work, most of time is done by ur company.
Or, sorry, the best option - simply dissappear from UAE market, bcs the customer service & quality of your work dose not match with Dubai standards! Maximum u guys are capable to do is to change batteries in watches and stick stickers on the t-shirts!

There are such great people in this shop, especially Julie and Jafar, who are helpful, kind, understanding, and practical.they care about the client and are very responsible.

Brought my Wife’s wrist watch to replace the leather. After 15minutes Jafar Ali the watch expert made it like brand new. My wife was so happy seeing it. I definitely recommend this shop to all my friends. Also thank you to Julie who was really helpful and accomodating. Well done guys!

I have been there to repair twice my iPad's screen each time for only 100 dhs and it took both times a few hours. I also repaired my MacBook Pro there. Great experience, very nice staff especially: Julie, Mohammed and Rizwan and very good prices. Also they have such a wide variety of services and they sell some useful things and gadgets

Always delay with my orders, need to come to them place 2-3 times to collect. Really disappointed

Terrible customer service from female staff Julie, of which very rude no support, I am a very loyal customer of minutes, but he is the only staff found very rude,

I stopped at Minutes Nakheel mall to fix my son’s watch and literally took the gentleman Jaafar Ali 30seconds to do it. Very impressed.

Total ripoff. I don’t understand how it costs 1 AED per page to photocopy, and 2 AED per page to scan. Photocopying is literally scanning with an extra step and papers. I asked them why, and the reason is “it takes time to email you the PDF”. Literally the 2 seconds it takes you to send an email of a PDF costs double the already high price of photocopying? I was already paying a high amount for three copies of 27 pages (one of the pages was empty with just a footer but they didn’t care to ask about that), and then they charge double to email me the digital scan? Absolutely ridiculous.

The cherry on top? The scan wasn’t even vertically aligned correctly.

Update: deal with Suhail for the first time today.aggressive attitude and very unhelpful.disappointing to say the least. Minutes at Nakheel mall totally rock! Every time I go there they knock it out of the park. Special mention to Sayid, Vipin and the super helpful ladies who always go that extra mile.

I had a great experience at Minutes Nakheel Mall. I had some shoes repaired there, but the first time I tried them on they broke. Unfortunately I hadn't kept the receipt and it was several months after the repair. Despite that, when I took them back, the staff agreed to fix the problem for free. I was very grateful to receive my shoes today and they are perfect! Special thanks to Julie and Karissa for really wonderful customer service. Five stars.

Came 15 mins before close (10pm), wanted to print 1 paper and he said "sir already closing" and didn't want to help.

I really appreciate the service, i was trying to make an eagle logo from past few days and I found some places but the finishing was not really good but today am so happy because the guys from Minuets made it prefect, very professionals and happy about the job.

I was not charge for my bike watch repair as it was recognized as "small work" but very useful and important for me. Scam. The worst quality ever seen I fixed 2 iPhones screen which I paid 1500 D then both should be under warranty after few days both are not working and the don’t agree to fix it in their warranty, it is a big scam, never believe them, the iPhones never fell down and the claimed that both were broken inside, scam

I do not like leaving bad reviews but feel obliged to warn people having read the other iPhone screen replacement reviews below. It seems that my replacement screen has had the same issue, and the phone does not pick up the letters I am typing. It presses letters etc of its own accord and I can’t possibly use the phone now. I paid quite a lot extra for the warranty and also extra for a screen cover to avoid scratches (I was told that the warranty would be invalid if any scratches were on the screen). 7 weeks later and the screen cover started to peel at one edge (air was Uber it) and slid off. I immediately took the phone back to them and was told that because there were scratches, they could do nothing about it. They said that the phone cover does not come off and it was my fault? They also asked me for my phone to be sent away, and they asked for my password whilst replacing the screen cover (I did not give this, i was shocked that they would ask this!). So I paid 730 dhs for nothing and now need a new phone. Terrible and questionable service.

I broke my iPhone and I go to apple service center they tell to me it's not fixable. After I came minutes shop in Nakheel mall i can't believe they fix the phone with in 10 minutes.it is the real name for the shop MINUTE.really appreciate, Thank you for your superfast service.

IPhone screen can be fixed in 10 minutes and those people ask you to leave the phone overnight. Nothing but laziness or even worse a “scam”!

My samsung s8+ fail in water after i go samsung care and other shope also they telling they can't fix after the last time i give to minutes nakheel mall branch. They guys fix in 1 day and still my phone working fine. Good job

IPad replacement screens are very poor quality. After paying 500dhs for repair, after 2 days the LCD leaked internally and I subsequently had lines all over the place. They wouldn't replace the screen as it's not covered under warranty - apparently the supplier only offers a 7 day warranty if the screen discolours or similar faults. Reading between the lines of the service guy, sounds like they have a lot of issues with iPad screens specifically (phone screens are apparently better) so I would steer clear of this particular replacement, it's not worth it. Guy also never contacted me despite saying he will check with the supplier. Poor customer service.
