To sublimate a key cost anywhere 3-6 DHs here it cost 18 DRH
On top of that Key does not work
Be careful they refuse to give refund as per the invoice they give you
I had to put my feet down to get my money back

Contrary to another review here. I had 6 keys cut for my house and the cost was only 16AED per key. All keys worked first time and cut within 20 minutes.

Key copying is way too expensive to start with, 90dhs.
They told me copying needs 1 hour. 1 key, 1 copy.
Left my number for them to inform me when it's done, i get a call after 20 minutes informing me that the machine "isn't working".

Sohail should not be working in your shop. He over charged me double than any other minutes shop in dubai.

This the lowest star that i can give, have a bad experience on this store, trying to repair my iphone battery here, first time their told me that the battery out of stock and bring it dor the second time, and its took about 1 hour after i comeback that their told me rheir unable to do it, after a couple month i went to apple store to repair my phone then after the their took my phone they said to me someone took off my battery tab and put some glue on it, so apple store cannot repair it because of the worker remove the tab, so dissapointed for their service!

The gentleman was very nice and super helpful but they need to send anything to other branches which means it takes days. I changed the heel of my high heels and they did it very neatly in about 4 days. Generally I go to minutes for last minute gifts (engraving and whatnot) but it doesn't really work if it needs 4 days.
