Got a package from DHL which I had to pick up from Minutes, pay AED294 and not get a receipt!
Ajay Kumar at Minutes Souq wouldn’t bother to put some effort to get me a receipt. I asked for email, paper, sms…anything but really didn’t care and said it was not possible

They better close their shops and leave room to other shops people can actually use

DO NOT GO! Terrible service, I replaced the broken screen of my phone and two months later the screen IS NOT WORKING ANYMORE. I went back to the shop and the staff said they won’t repair it because the company policy doesn’t cover it. I now doubt the quality of the product they sold to me and besides the poor after sales policy. Just DO NOT USE IT!

Answering to your reply, no one ever actually apologized to me when I was at the shop, and if that was the best service that your company can provide than it is just a confirmation that the quality of the service is really poor. In my case, the device has no defect at all! I took it to another shop and the screen was replaced for a new one of a good quality (as your shop should have done) and the device is working fine so far. A thorough evaluation and investigation was performed and confirmed that the device was perfectly ok, the only problem was the defective screen, the one your company installed. Serious reasons make me believe that a defective screen was installed by your shop on my device. Your warranty was valid for only three months, while the one from the other shop is valid for one full year on a cheaper price! The other company apart from sending me the warranty certificate by email still keeps it on their system so even if I loose the my copy of it they would track it and provide me the agreed warranty! Plus what kind of “warranty policy”is this one that your shop provides that doesn’t cover product defects? The device worked perfectly with a new screen so the defect is clearly from the product sold. You don’t need to thank me, as I am really disappointed and dissatisfied with the service provided

It started with great organisation and a phone call to make sure of I needed. But turned out total disaster. A simple shoe fixing with the outrageous results. It did have some difficulty im not denying it but if you dont have the skills refuse it yhats all. The worst is the guy is telling no madame its perfect. I left my shoe to him because no way I can ware it again. I used minutes mall of the emirates many times never had any issue. But this one never again

Horrible experience at Minutes Spring Souk branch! Such bad customer service! Never give them anything valuable! Gave them my designer shoe to repair as the bow had come off and only needed gluing. They lost the bow. Been 2 weeks now and they haven’t found my bow or offered compensation. The shoes cannot be worn without the bow. Avoid Spring Souk branch.

Cheater staff! They don’t want to listen to their customer! Very bad experience in Minutes Spring Souk! They replace the LCD of my phone but still phone isn’t working fine I gave them the phone and saying LCD will be replaced as it’s 6 mos.warranty but still the same! Not good quality! Not worth of the money i paid! Never again to visit that Shop and will definitely SHARE my experience with everyone

They do a good job but prices are exorbitant. If you're changing batteries youtube it yourself. If you need keys go to Lulu Barsha.

I wanted to say thanks to Ruwan, while the battery price for swiss watch was high 139 AED but his customer service and work he did on my watch was great.
I had a bad experience with minutes branch in ibn battuta and never use them again but the experience I had in Springs souq branch and Ruwan was great, the individual's approach really matters, they can make the customer loyal or make the customer never come back.

Highly not recommended. They've sold the battery for 30 dhs, and the price of battery on market is 8dhs for 5 PC's. Worst place ever.

Simply they are just the best! Fixed my watch in less than 10 min and surprisingly realized that they also fix car remote so they did it as well in 5 min. P. S.the staff are very nice and smiley.

I am regular customer of Minutes shop at Spring souk. Mr. Deepak and the team are very attentive and customer satisfaction oriented. Highly recommend this shop.

Super expensive everything -
1. They tried to sell me not-original battery for iPhone 6 with replacement for almost 200 while official repair center charged me 150 for original spare parts with replacement
2. They just sell 4 pax maxell batteries for 20 while you can buy 10pax from Noon for 9.95.

Stay away this brand unless you have lots of money to waste.
