Unfortunately its a shame for a reputed old franchise.they don't understand the ministry of health regulations for stamp making. He needs full day to check for approval to do a stamp! Accusing me of falsifying documents by saying its a screenshot not original.

Mr Fadhal was very professional and kind. I had an issue with my phone, having some software troubles and he was very efficient and assertive. Thank you so much for your work and efforts, you saved me.

With due respect, I am surprised that the rates are double than the market standards. There was a note which said "If you don't get a bill, the transaction is free. " I made the payment before getting the bill. After showing them the note, they claim to give the bill after the payment is made.

Staff are all very accomodating they help me get a trophy in just 20 minutes which i really needed for the event. I commend all the staff for doubg everything just to make the trophy on time. Excellent service

I have been to several out let’s of minutes, and to be honest the best service I got from wadi branch, and particularly from your experienced and well mannered your employee fadhal, I do thank him so much as he was very helpful, not only by fixing my mobile, but as well solving my issue with the update problem of my app, as well as several months ago I did pass by mirdif city Centre minutes branch, they charged me money for cleaning my phone speaker, but unfortunately not working, I came to fadhal and he did the perfect job. I had visited the minutes shop to replace my watch battery and the technician Mr. Irfan khan he is very professional and very calm he gestured me with a smiling face and with in couple of seconds he replaced it and i gave him one more watch of my friend which was rejected by many shops and he removed the backside cap which was rusted and not easly removable but this gentleman did this with good proffesional way... I suggest all my friends and family to visit minutes especially for watch repair... I was so happy that i gave him tips of 100AED but he didn't accept it... With smiling he said not possible to accept out of company policy... THANKS MINUTES team for appointing this kind of gems...

I went there a few weeks ago to get my watch battery replaced. The service was outstanding, the staff were very frienly and helpful. I noticed they had some products on display as well that would be good a gifts, I asked for their advice and they were very helpful, and I bought a really nice desk wooden pen holder that comes witha digital clock, awesome gift, my husband was really happy with it.
