The best ever good services and quick the staff also they are so friendly I recommend it they have lot of services

I spent 80AED getting the front of my phome laminated. There was dust behind the lamination all around the sides. When I went to the store, the store lady immediately put the blame on me and said it's because I put it in my pocket right away which I didn't, because I don't keep it anyway. Although the replacement was AED10, I went ahead and got a new one done at another place. It's now more than a month and the new screen protection still looks brand new.

Charging clients for a service that was promised as possible but then not delivering it as fully completed and expected as they don’t have a “guarantee policy”! Even in front of evidence they did not offer for a refund but only asked to send it again to their supplier. No point since they were not able to fix it since the beginning.

Bad service, the attitude of the sales person is very arrogant. He was nit communicating properly. I went to give my shoes fir repair and he placed in front of me a paper mentioning to put my shoes there without even informing me. After I placed my shoes on that paper he was so slowly and when I asked to hurry up little he stopped and he showed that arrogant face. It's not the first time I face same problem with them. I will never go back again. Customer service is awful. And he even didn't say sorry when I told him I don't want their service anymore.

People working are just waiting for you to ask every time from far and shout, I didnt find them professional and keen in their work. They are standing and still not sure what are they doing and just telling to give high prices and get money. I cannot recommend it. The branch in Battuta looks better. I felt bad just one time I went here (cant recommend it

I just change my i phone 8 lcd 1 hr ago, and the staff updating and asking me if there is a problem, it makes me comfortable to chat and asking for anything, so far quality is good. And service is good.

It doesnt take a person a 'minute' to realise these are fake and posted only to boost the already low rating. Maybe improving the actual service would be a better idea!

We wanted an additional Dufa made, they did it very quickly. Unfortunately the Dufa did not work, and they proceeded to refund the money as soon as possible. The lady I dealt with was very professional, helpful and very courteous. The time I went to return the Dufa, I did not have the card details on me to start the refund process so I got her number and said would wattsapp the details and I forgot. She had my number and she followed up with me. I would say great customer service and keep it up.
