We've been at Minutes many times and we've always been very pleased. They are highly skilled but we've been recently really disappointed with their shoe polishing. The repair was fantastic but the polishing seemed to only have 1 quick coating. I had to
Insist that the shoes be layered with another coating and felt unwillingness and lack of desire to help despite that we paid a very decent amount for the polishing. I will not come back for a shoe polish.

They repaired my shoes, and it came back really fast. The staff are really nice, accommodating and friendly. Great service! Keep it up:)

Not as people are taking, just an example of unprofessionalism, I gave them my shoes, each one had separate plastic bag, as I want them to stay clean, they return them in one bag mixed and they get dirty, no idea where they kept them.

I am very satisfied with the customer service provided to me as theyre all very helpful especially Marianne and Sarath. Good quality of products and very efficient.

You need to change battery in your watch or get a wet stamp for your company? Come and they will do it for you. As well as lots of other craftsmanship jobs.

Good and quick service! But frankly, I was shocked froom one person, name Rahil working in Mercato mall, the agressive and rude way of talking! He cuts your speech while your talking, and say things not acceptable at all for his position and the way talking to clients! I really hope that the management will take in consideration his behavior and will on this

I give yhem my kids iPad and they fixed in 10 minutes in and they charge me only 10 Dh in apple stores i have to make appointments and it will take them 2 to 3 days to fix the same problem so if u looking for fast help they will do.

An amazing experience! My mobile wasn't working well and I wasn't able to hear anyone who called me. Literally within few minutes the service was done and I can use my device without any issues.

Went to get a key duplicated, charged me 90 Aed because it was a "security" type key, told them I got it duplicated for 40 Aed elsewhere in But Dubai, they didn't budge and we're not helpful at all.
