Well it was the best service with a professional expert in Mobile named Hasitha very pleasant and knowledgeable person.

Unprofessional with no skills
I went to this place to change the battery of my car keys a Mustang v8, and the guy started using blades to open the key and forcing it, even though i already asked him not to force it as the key have a button to open it, however he ignored me and broke the key.
So i called the manager asking for them to replace the key as they broke it, he said he can't do anything. And that's what happens when you hire anyone with no skills and no communication skills.
Please change your staff
I don't recommend this place at all. I ended up paying 900 dirhams for a new key.

They really take care of your items for repair from start to finish and makes sure you are well informed and agrees with their pricing before they fix your items. Kudos Minutes!

Always drama with minutes team, they always make you feel like you're purchasing an alien however you will be buying a battery the size of an ant, it is not the first time i have this issue maybe it is the company policy but in both ways it is not working, i wanted to buy a battery at first they wouldn't agree to show me the sizes until finally they did, however the employee in the shop his name is janavaya or something similar he was holding the box as if am gonna steel it and run and the funny part is that, once i told him to chill he started to tell me plz check repeatedly, in a way like just shut up, get what you want and leave, super unprofessional weird attitude with clients, rude and they do not know their limits, i would never recommend this shop, on top off all the extra bad service the prices are expensive.

Bought a 3v maxwell battery they charge me aed30 and I enter to Carrefour after it by chance passed by battery section found energizee 2 pieces for AED 14
Came back to them asked for a refund they said we can't refund it we can only exchange it with any other item

I gave my phone to Minute maisam city center to replace charging portal.i went back and forth to get it done.unfortunately my phone was returned to me after 2 days with 5 hour charging and i returned it back after a week they technician says retune my phone with same issue telling me that at least its charging now.which is 6 hour to charge it full.am ashamed by the unprofessional display of the team.i would not recommended to anyone.
