A very bad service, and very bad quality I was so so disappointed and I regret buying from this company
The treadmill I purchased from this company started to heat and get hot and making VERY LOUD GRINDING SOUND I feel like it's gonna burn.
I tried to contact with company multiple times, but they responded after two weeks saying they will sent a team to change WHOLE MOTOR
AND THATS FOR TREADMIL THAT IS
ONE MONTH OLD ONLY
I asked for a replacement but they refused even thought they knew it's a manufacturing issue
and they started to ignore my messages
I asked them to sent me their location
and they sent me A FAKE location that
is for a laundry shop that called Kamal laundry,
And now they are ignoring my messages and still no response.
