The guy who repairs it is very humble and he opened it in front of me and told me the problem which often so many other repair shops will hide to make more money. The worst repair service I have dealt ever! If there was minus evaluation for reviews, I would give -5! My new LED TV had a crack on the screen one month after purchasing, I contacted them they said they can repair and collected TV in Nov 2022. During replacement of screen they have damaged their spare screen as per their explanation. Since Nov 2022, they are expecting spare screen, it’s been 8 months now! I’ve requested my TV to be returned me a few days ago, they said they will but nothing received so far. You have to call them until you get an update, they are never getting back to you unless you push them. Huge disappointment!

I'm going so many shop no hava solution for my amplifier. Mostly technician saying to not repair you're amplifier when I come to Mirza shop they solved my problem very soon and give price very responsable. I'm very to repair my amplifier. Nice job. Highly recommended

My TV broke at 5pm on a Sunday, I called Mirza Ijaz repairers by 6pm, problem was diagnosed the following morning, and TV was fixed and delivered back to me 24 hours later! Excellent, quick and competent service which can be rare in Dubai. Highly recommend!

If you are not ready to accept their 3month warranty scam your TV will stop working after 2hrs of repair once you take it back home.

The most horrible customer service I have ever encountered. The main guy sitting there while talking to us regarding the business attended some other call and kept talking and kept us waiting for about 15mins and while asking about why keeping us waiting and it wasn't of good manners he rashly spoke saying "don't talk to much and told us to get out" and talked horribly not giving atleast a little bit of respect that he is talking to a woman addressing without any respect even as a customer. Would advice people if you want good customer service find a better place.

Excellent service, I have my 32" smart tv replaced set of led backlight. Friday morning, shop was close (will open on afternoon), I called the mobile no.posted in the shop, respond immediately & opened the shop to receive my unit. And they fixed my tv on the same day. Recommended to avail their service with cheaper charge.

Went today to get my TV fixed and the main guy sitting in the front doesn’t know how to behave to customers. He gives importance to his phone and not to the business plus it’s very expensive. Do not call him on phone and visit the place because that’s going to cost you money plus very bad customer service and pretty sure that nobody can get their devices fixed there after encountering to a person who is rude to customers.

Got my Samsung repaired like brand new with a reasonable price compared to others in the market!

They claimed to have fixed my Amp, took the money for it. When I got home it worked for 3 minutes before smoke came out and it never turned on again. Not professional and not honest

Went to fix LG screen as it had a blue tinge coming. I was told to pay 680 as it will be genuine replacement. Turned out the screen now had dull yellow shades. They kept tv for two weeks and said this is best we can do for replacement LED. With 4 months warranty- they did not honor it by saying we will put your old screen back (which In beginning they said is not possible after you replace it).
Unfortunately both service and warranty promise was not genuine. No one told me before committing AED 680 that screen will be yellow dull. Feel cheated.

I had given my LG 55" tv for the backlight issue. The replaced & given at a reasonable price with 3 months warranty. They are professional. The workplace is neat & clean.

They came and took the TV and paid AED 70 for that. Then promised that next day morning contacting me to inform the issue. But they didn’t when I called they said simply need to change the motherboard and it will cost AED 550. When I informed them not to repair as I got to know it want cost that much. They said they can’t return the TV until next day. Then I said I will come and collect it. When I was on the way to the shop they said don’t come your TV is non the wear house and promised by 10 in the morning they will deliver. Called many times now it’s 8 PM till now not delivered called many times and replying driver is on the way. Very unprofessional. Don’t know say about their report quality. But simply unresponsive and unprofessional keeping the customers waiting.

Horrible experience. These guys are a dodgy bunch. I had provided my item for repairs and I was promised a call back if they needed any thing extra, they kept my item for 3 days with out touching it.
I kept on following up on the second and third day. Finally realised they haven't even touched my item. It was catching dust in the shops corner.

These are thiefs. They will come to your home and say we need to take your TV to workshop and if they are not able to fix you TV they will try to keep that TV and take out the original component from that. When you call them back that you need your TV back they will just give you false promise to you and than they will stop picking up the call.

A great little company. Each time I have used them, always reliable, always well priced. Recommended many times. Good for toasters, fridges, TVs.

They are not authorized TV repair centre. I went their for hisense TV repair. They said that led screen issue.not repairable, you need to throw this TV. I completely disappointed.
After that I went jumbo service centre they fixed the problem within hr.it's only software issue, no screen issue. Now TV is working.

They damaged my sound system. When we give it to them it was working but the sound was coming only from one speaker. It took them two trips to return to us a totally damage unit. At first they said that mother board needed to be changed we agreed, when they brought the unit is was working same as before. They took it back to their shop to check. Then they informed us that it cannot be repaired and return unit back to to us. When I tried to switch it on there was no power at all. They completely destroyed it and make it worse then before. In the end of the story they refused to come collect it and fix it to the same condition as it was when we hand it over to them.
I will definitely not recommend them and avoid them at all cost.

I was at this shop just a couple of days back for repairing my 46" LED TV & met Izazbhai himself. His approach towards the fault was very straight & humble. Got my appliance repaired in next couple of hours. Really the service is quite impressive & much appreciable.
