Very fun chocolate workshop! We made our own chocolate bars. We had 3 different chocolate bars and 5 options of toppings. My favorite was the sprinkles! They gave us a very tasty hot chocolate and we had a tour for the making of the chocolate. Very kind and friendly staff. I bought as well many pastries and chocolates for home. Highly recommended!

I have booked a tour and taste.
They are not organized at all, we paid just to see switched off machines, they should arrange the tours while the factory is working.they just want you to book and get paid without any arrangement with the factory team.

زرت الكافيه اليوم على اساس بندخل المصنع ونشوف كيف ال real chocolate بس ما دخلوني ولا حتى حاولوا انه يشوفون اذا في مجال ادخل او لا ، ضيعت وقتي على الفاضي ، علما اني كنت ياية من منطقة بعيدة خصيصا عشان ازور المكان ولكن ما حطوا اعتبار بهالشي ، المهم ما يستحق الزيارة اذا كان الهدف دخول المصنع

One of best cafe in uae i must say. The staff service is fabulous. Food was delicious especially Pizza. Chocolates, cookies, coffee and pastries mouthwatering tasty. There is a separate kids activity area so its for whole type of crowd they have made it for. Must to visit and experience. Highly recommended.

My new favorite cafe in Dubai with unique pastries and beverages. Beautiful gift shop full of gourmet chocolate treats, all made in-house, inspired by local and regional flavors. Bought several items as gifts for family and will bring my daughter here for a chocolate making workshop next month

Mirzam have fantastic workshops for groups of adults, Romel and Cristina were great help and made sure we all had a fab day.

Huge props to, Jessa. Went above and beyond to guide me with the chocolates that best suit what I need. Knowledgeable and she has great attention to detail.

Amazing fondant.everything is good, but i can't get over their fondant that is out of this world

I visited their factory store to buy chocolate for gift. They have lots of options in terms of flavours and box sizes.
I felt that the chocolates are bit expensive considering I was buying from factory store.
The quality is premium
The factory store has a nice cafe. The ambience is nice. I did not try out the coffee there.
People can also see the process of the chocolate making inside the factory.
Nice place to visit with kids and for those who love chocolates.

Amazing cafe place. The vibes is incredible. BuT if you need to work the is the worst WiFi location you may think about. Always WiFi is super slow and not recommend it.

This review is specifically for the birthday event and not their chocolate. The event was supposed to be chocolate making but it turned out that only melted chocolate was poured onto a mould and thats it. The kids were required to prepare the wrappers only trust me for kids with age 11 amd above, it was no fun. Charging money for just painting the wrapper was unreasonable and not upto expectation

Very nice place with lot of chocolate options to purchase and most importantly all the chocolates are made in house including the packaging.

We booked the chocolate factory tour and it was really nice. The person gave us in depth knowledge about the whole process along with the tour there was tasting of chocolate too and it the whole session was really nice.

Hot chocolate with sea chocolate was really nice and als the Madagascar hot chocolate was good too. Do visit this place.

Excellent chocolate choices and you get to see how it made! The decor is industrial with a touch of modern influence. Nice food selection but not for the really hungry.

Hot Chocolate is a must try. The Seasalt hot chocolate was salty on the higher side for me.

The Chocolate Molten cake with Pistachio lava and blossom ice cream didn't work for me. The combination was a bit off.

I would have rather had the chocolate soft serve which was so popular.

Overall experience was fine. The chocolate is A grade and taking a soft serve or a simple hot chocolate would have been a better decision.

Sweet escape in the middle of semi industrial - semi commercial Al Qouz district, Dubai

I honestly in love with Mirzam chocolates packaging. So creative yet elegant.

A coffee shop located straight by the chocolate factory. Sweet dream for sweet tooth.

Pass by and explore the range of creative chocolates.

Located in a warehouse with other artisans, this place will make your day.once you open the door, you are immediately taken by the lovely smell of cacao beans imported from all over the world.at your left you can see a huge machine crushing the beans preparing them for the goodness to come.the surprise doesnt end there. In the second part of store, you have their factory and chefs separated with a wall of glass, working on the beautifully made chocolate inventions.
Here s the exciting part, before reaching the counter, you will see a table with at least 20 different types of chocolates, made from different beans. You get to taste all of them if you want and decide what struck you the most.
The last part of the store, is a cozy place where you can order desserts, chocolate, or coffee and enjoy your snack sotting on comfy sofas.

The best chocolate factory in Dubai. They have very unique flavors, and it’s tasty! Love their Aseeda & Saffron Fondant. I’ll definitely come back and try something new!

عباره عن مصنع صغير للشوكلاتة ومحل شوكلاته ويقدمون كوفي وتختار من منتجات الشوكلاته حقتهم.

المكان رايق جداً وراقي وريحة الشوكلاته طاغيه ع المكان ، جلساته مريحه جداً بس نوعاما قليلة ، ينفع للناس الي تبحث عن مكان هادي بعيد عن الصخب او لعشاق الشوكلاته.
قهوتهم ممتازه.

As soon as you enter the place there’s an amazing smell of chocolate they always have new products, my favorite are the milk chocolate coins that I use for baking, the cinnamon hot chocolate and the soft serves. The chocolate packaging design is really pretty too

I love their olive oil dark chocolate cake.to our surprise it does not add to much weight also! BTW this is our observation, they have other cake options as well.but this one is epic.

اهم شيئين في كوفي. اليلسة المريحة والمواقف متوفرة. لكن المكان شوي زحمة وعليه اقبال كبير خصوصاً في الويكند. لكن الكوفي ماعليه كلام. وسويتاتهم محدودة. لكن الاساس هو الجوكليت لانه عبارة عن معمل جوكليت داخله كوفي

Nice place to meet with friends. Location a bit difficult to find but place is cute. Drinks and cakes was to sweet as for me

We booked a tour for my triplets’ birthday - we were blown away by the warm reception, friendly staff and personal care we received. Ben was particularly kind to my son who has Autism - he was patient, kind and did everything he could to make sure my son also had the best experience. We will definitely be back and will recommend to anyone looking for something special to do in Dubai. Thank you for today!

Unique menu and a very cool sitting place (you can see the chocolate being brewed in the back), yet the service is kind of slow i would say, but the waiters are very friendly and helpful.

Coffee so nice. Interior so nice. Food so nice. But will be nicer if they have more option for the food. Al quoz old location is the best one

This is the place to be. Enjoy some amazing chocolate drinks with some excellent chocolate brownies, cookies, cakes etc. You can also buy some delicious handmade chocolates for friends and families. Simply amazing place to enjoy wonderful chocolate products. And the staff are simply amazing. Worth the visit.

The best chocolate place in Dubai. Tried their tartines, great with an amazing taste. Their coffee is good, their chocolate soft serve is to die for I highly recommend it.

This place is like a dream house full of chocolate, I've always wanted to visit Mirzam since the day i saw their soft serve ice cream on social media.

I ordered their chocolate soft serve and a scoop of pistachio gelato which were both amazing! Highly recommend this place if you love chocolate.

They also have a great collection of chocolate suited for all occasions, with a nice coffee shop.

Overrated. The hot chocolate people rave about is similar to the ready mixes you get from supermarkets. On top of that they were able to mess up each and every order I placed for chocolate hampers and boxes.

Average as a Cafe, very unreliable as a gift shop.

Lovely chocolate and lovely environment where.you can see the chocolate being made. However the chocolate isn't cheap to buy!

Love this place when I first walked in, there is a strong smell of cocoa in the air. They merge the cafe and a chocolate processing area into one space partition by glass which is really cool as you can see the machines and staff doing their thing. I went over the cafe and asked to buy a piece of chocolate and to my surprised they offer me the first one FOC. Regardless of whether it is free or not, the chocolate I had is really good. Would come back again to try other chocolate items.

Amazing coffee in cool place nice atmosphere and nice coffee, they do also serve freshly baked chocolate with tons of options and cookies as well highly recommend

The chocolate factory is amazing.the chocolates are pricey but nice.the coffee shop is to avoid.we ordered the tea for two.received a tasteless, colourless, not properly brewed tea.staff didnt give a damn.

So Overall.
Pros: watching the whole chocolate processing is fun.the chocolates are tasty.
Cons: Pricey (one small chocolate date cost around 5 AED), avoid the coffee shop

Amazing place, the beautiful chocolate making aroma is beyond imagination. It's an open house for chocolate. They use chocolate from different places + offer veriaty mix-chocolate with local flavours, and best part.all available for testing.coffee shop is nice, we had flourless chocolate cake, really tasty.definitely I will be coming back.

Mirzam is a Chocolate/Dessert Parlor located in Al Serkal Avenue. This place is one of the best place any chocolate lover can go to in UAE, and I was beyond impressed when I came here.

As you enter, you get a very strong smell of chocolate, which was so good and excited me even more to check out what they have. The place has an area where the chocolates are made, and you can see the whole process as well!

What is most unique about this place is the wide variety of chocolates they have, and I've never seen such unique chocolate flavours before. It's really cool that they used local dishes and flavours in their chocolates like Luqaimat and Rigag Chocolate. They also have a lot of gift packages that you can get which have various types of chocolates and dates.

Taste: 10/10
Price: 8/10
Service: 8/10
Ambience: 10/10

Nestled inside the trendy Alserkal Avenue. Mirzam is literally, my favourite place in Dubai. The staff are always so friendly and helpful. Wide variety of products. They have a wonderfully informative tour and chocolate tasting experience. Must try the 62% Dark Chocolate with Dates and Fennel

Tried there hot chocolate with cardamom and wasnt tatse good, the whole mixture was missed up
And the brownie with 72% dark chocolate was also not tasting good, felt like raw bread in my mouth with mud
They are trying to make something and be creative but need to put more efforts
And the price is way too high
I can buy from Belgian or swiss chocolate shops cheaper than this.
