They have amazing celebration cakes, which comes in all sizes.The staff is also helpful, The girl who wrote on the cake had beautiful handwriting ( forgotten her name)that is something I really want and I think it makes a difference.

Amazing varieties of pastries and cakes. We ordered a Birthday cake and 2 pastries as couldn’t wait till the evening to taste the yummy cake.the triangle Alexandra pastry was ok but the chocolate mouse paste and chocolate fudge cake were super yum.

I had this terrible experience at mister bakers where I experienced ZERO customer care. Bought a red velvet cake. It was dry, tasteless and spoiled birthday party. When I returned entire cake, they still maintained that the cake was good. Things can go wrong but companies who care for their customers admit and move on. Shocked to such careless attitude

Turned out to be really terrible, I had ordered a red velvet cake for my mothers birthday and it’s been a while since we ordered from here so we did, as we cut it, the cake looked fine but after tasting it, we realised it had poor structure and everything sort of lumped together, the taste however didn’t live up-to their standards either, it was so bad that I had to drive back and return the cake so they could see for themselves, terrible!

It use to be amazing. But now mostly they dont have readymade cakes in smaller options. And taste for few has changed too

Mister Baker is, without a doubt, the perfect place to get your celebration cakes. I order cakes from them for all of my special events, and they have never failed to meet my expectations in terms of delivery, taste, or quality. It is simple to get to their position, but sustaining it is a challenging task. This time, Jubail was really helpful, and his kindness, despite the large crowds on Christmas Day, was greatly appreciated.

It's bit expensive and staff seems to have no interest in assisting customer. Have to call and approach them from here only. No courtesy, lack of customer service

Its neat and clean, cakes also very good, need little counseling for staff to serve in more better way.

If you want a price low but an absolute high quality of service and product I highly recommend Mister Baker. Staff was very helpful and friendly. The customized cake I bought was made as instructed. Highly recommed Jubail one of the staff who was of great help.

I Ordered a cake for my princes one day before the birthday. She choose her pink birthday cake. They supposed to deliver following day between 6 and 7pm. My princes was waiting for her exiting birthday day cake. I have contacted them in watsapp by no one was replying. I was under pressure i ordered another cake through online delivery.after 10mts i got reply from them. I got the cake by 8: 40 Pm. My princess were excited to see her birthday cake.when we open there were cut on the cake from the top cover. The taste of the CAKE WAS REALLY AWESOME. Please be careful in packing and delivering on time. I will still order from you hope these mistakes wont repeat. Thank you

Quality deteriorating. We bought white forest and chocolate truffle pastries but it did not taste good. Appeared to be not fresh at all.

Pathetic and Total Turn down is not the word. If I had an option for Zero star i will prefer to give that. But surprising thing was this was not the mister Baker I use to deal with till one year back.

I went today to order a a cake for my daughters birthday. A very simple theam with Zero complication to the chef / Baker. I went this time because of the confidence and good work they did for my 2nd child's 1st birthday in September 2018 and then despite the theam being much challenging and still Mister Baker had done it in September 2018 beautifully with no complaints.

But this time I felt like they are not the ones I was dealing all these years.
Myself and my wife choose a theam from their menu and requested them for a 2 or 2 & 1/2 KG cake as per the chef's convenience. But the sales man checked with the chef and came back to me saying sorry chef needs at least 3 KG cake for a singl small puppy to sit on a Paw cake and 2 or 2 and half wont work for them. I showed them our previous cakes the same shop and made for us few months back. But he said you have to choose may be another one. So after much search we found and requested for a little more simple theam from the menu with another small puppy on top and nothing else on the top base of the cake. The sales man again had a chat with the chef and they insisted they need 3 kg cake minimum again. I informed them we are about 10 to 15 people and considering it's a simple cake compared to our previous one they can do it. But the sales man said he checked with 2 chefs the second chef said he can get the cake for 2 and half KG but with a toy puppy on top. What.a toy puppy?
I said what happened to your chefs.can we speak to them and show them the earlier ones they made.they said Sorry sir.you are not allowed to speak to them and they are all new.
Me and my family walked out thinking of a solution.and Trust me. We got our theam much better well done by another cake shop and they way they dealth with us was so soon welcoming and accommodating.with the same theam.it clearly displays the inefficiency of the Cheffs which I believe Mister Baker have with them.whome they said are Neww. But trust me.
A complete complete Turn down for me and my family.which was so nicely done by another cake shope in Karama itself.

A very good place for desserts especially cakes and pastries. Taste and quality is very good. Place is nice and clean. Staff is very friendly and cooperative.

Mister Baker make amazing bday cakes and they have a wide range of theme based cake options to choose. We were assisted by Ms. Flor at the AL Karama Branch, we got the cake delivered home and it was delicious. It had right flavor and perfect taste and best part was that it was not too sugary. Overall Excellent.service and delivery.

My Favourite Cake store in Dubai! I've been a customer here since forever! I was truly inspired when they did a customized cake for my dad's 50th birthday which was inspired by his profession which is an engineer. This is the only place my family and I buy cakes for every single occasion! Our favourite is mostly the Vanilla and Chocolate cake! Its a must try!

A huge variety of different cakes. Tiramisu, honey cake and so on. You can take a slice or full cake for dine in or take away. Recommended for dessert lovers!

We bought chocolate truffle cake on 29 th jan 2019.
I had lot of expectations from mister baker, but it was a flop show, there was very less chocolate and more of cream and sponge cake.i was highly disappointed. Best cakeshop i have ever been is Bakemart, at bur dubai karama.

Positives: Pastrys are ok. Prices are medium range.
Negatives: Cakes are not good. Less variety available in 1/2 kg cake. I have tries black forest which is not at all recommended.
