I didn't like the way the CSR is talking to me. First, He was typing on the cell phone, with poor eye contact. If he is typing on the phone for business related thing, it OK. But at least he needs to explain this to me, so I will have a seat and wait for him until he finishes.
Then, after he finished typing, he started courting!

One more thing, he should give me my receipt before I leave the shop.

Next time I will make sure to talk to a lady at the reception.

We came with the intention to order a birthday cake, yet they refused our request saying that they can't acomodate the shape, color or even the color. The employee was very rude to us and was on her phone the whole time. We are very disappointed. The atmosphere of the store is very bad, the store is empty and only delivery guys are here. The store is located in Jumeirah and the view is good but if the atmosphere doesn't help, honestly it's not worth coming.

We decided to try the cake they have in store and oh God, both of the cakes we tried were old and not eatable. As a cake lover I try to never leave cake on my plate but this was simply not eatable. The taste is all artificial and not tasty, the cakes were hard as rock on the outside.

The prices are ok, 8 to 9 dhs per piece. Honestly paying more for such a bad cake is just sad.

Definitely not recommended. And will not try again.

Best place to go if you are looking for custom cake. I had my cake on my birthday which was amazing done.
Kudos to the chefs and the whole team.
The staffs are professional and helpful.

Mister baker is one of the oldest cake bakers around they are reliable and delicious they can create amazing cakes with all different shapes and flavors.moist cake that will never disappoint.

Since mister baker famous cake shop, There is no doubt in the taste.it's very delicious.
But, you need to improve the creativity in the designing, creation of the charactors. You are lacking professionalism in creating various designer cakes, instead of printing we need handmade characters. You are taking the easy way for printing designs whereas your cost is high.

When you order a cake and specifically mention that you need the cake delivered before 12, you expect max to receive it at 12h30 because you know they will never read the instructions. They arrived an hour and half late… and if I hadn’t sent the location and called the driver myself several times I guess the cake would have never arrived….

The chef forced us to order 3kgs. Then they finally accepted our request of 2kgs. We made the order and agreed on the price. 10 minutes later I received a msg from them wanting to charge extra for food coloring. Seems they’re trying to rip us off any way possible. Shame.

We came to Dubai on Aug. 2021 and Oct.was my baby's 1st birthday.i was a bit struggling to search who can make the best cake because we are new. Thank goodness I found Mr. Baker, Ms. Laimith who's always been kind in assisting me even via txt msgs. Very detailed and knows exactly what she's doing plus the chef/s who's been doing the cakes.taste really really good! Been ordering their buttercream cakes!

An absolutely wonderful and creative cake shop, unfortunately if you want a customized cake you’d have to wait quite a while for it, less than a day, that’s a bonus but overall a wonderful place

Terrible service someone ordered a cake for my birthday that was suppose to be delivered at 8am 1,5 later and I can still not get an answer from their costumer service to know if it is coming or not completely wasting my morning as I have to sit and wait for it.

If I had ordered someone a cake and knew that they are wasting their morning like this I would be so ashamed

This was a last minute to order a cake for someone really special to me, i wanted it all perfect from the shape, color & taste.

Mister baker have the very best cake here in uae since i was a kid we always order here, Aside from that I would like to acknowledge Ms Julie, She really have the best customer service. She is always helping me every time i have confusions in what i want and turned out into amazing one because of her help and suggestions. I ordered 2 cakes one for my sister birthday and one for my husband and I looooooooved them! I contacted the team by Whatsap they were exceptionally helping to get the best cake as per my preferences. The taste and the quality of the product is 10/10. Decent cake shop with a good variety of selection for a standard range of price. One of their staffs (Katherine) was really helpful right from my entry till checkout - walked me through their different options, helped suggest good decoration accessories and did a wonderful job prepping my order in nothing more than 4-6 mins with an impressive packing speed and all by herself. Not to mention, the cake was well-decorated, delish and stood the quality. Definitely recommended!

Mister Baker amazing cake shop i tried from 9 years ago until now all my events I ordered from it. Genilyn amazing girl working there she’s helpful and smart.

I know you are bigger company but I order only cake and you don’t know how to manage the people, please try to close this one, don’t make the people angry.

I visit Mr baker shop and i was so impressed with the ambiance of the place and the staff are so kind and accommodating. The cake that i bought was really fantastic, the taste was so good. I could say that my experience on that place was so amazing! I really love to go back again there.

I just want to thank Mister Baker in Umm Suqeim branch as they are always ready to assist even in our last minute orders. The customer service here is fantastic and the design and the taste of the cake is "Heaven". I NEVER had a negative experience with this branch. I also would like to thank Jenn for being the best assistance always. She would call, or message to check if the cake is okay or if it tastes good or if there are other things they need to improve. Absolutely the best!

Yummy classic old school cakes that look lovely and yummy obviously. If you order way ahead they do unique cake creations

Bad service.
Two staff and none could serve properly
We made an order, but staff brought us only 1/3rd of the order
Had to walk around the shop asking staff where is the rest
One staff was busy on the phone and ignored
Other staff was rude and made no apology, silently brought the rest of order 15 mins (does coffee really take 15 mins to make?)
Will not come back

The cake was good and price was reasonable but the waitress was so unfriendly. I think the management should give her training how to serve customers!
