Highly disappointed with the service at habtoor. I went there because I had bought my car from here earlier and the service was really good. But now it's all just gone down the drains. We went there today to get a Montero sport and the sales person was the most uninterested person we could've met. Neither did he want to sell anything there nor was he answering our queries properly. Halfway through he just directed us to the receptionist and went back to desk. We got out of there without bothering to ask anything further because of the salesman's attitude. Really disappointed over the service at the store now.

I purchased new Mitsubishi Montero from SZ road show room with defective tires. Defect was checked and confirmed by Mitsubishi. Two months after I am still driving my new car with defective tires. I paid 130k for defective car. I am driving my family two months in defective car.

Excellent service from Mr. Ali who supported me throughout the whole journey of getting a car. He was so helpful and made the process easy for me with his kindness and assistance. Definitely recommend.

I bought a brand new car Jac s4, and I have problem with switching on the car and I brought it to the service to fix it for 3 times and still I have the Same problem, one more thing it stopped in the middle of the road while running.

I recently bought a Mitsubishi Outlander. The car was presented to me at the showroom about 6weeks ago. The car had parts missing of the body. It was not the same as the car I had viewed and purchased from the showroom. The agent then said to me, when you do the first 1000km service we will fit the missing parts. I took the car in the first 100km service and the workshop had no knowledge of having to fit the parts that were missing. Following further discussions with the agent I was told they would now fit them in a few weeks. Now the parts are available I have to drive 45mons out of Dubai to DIC wait 2hrs for the parts to be fitted and drive back taking half of my working day for Habtoor to rectify their mistake. No offer to collect the car or provide transport at all. I really wish I had not bought the car. I was so excited to purchase a new one and this has now ruined the experience.

Downside is they are greedy to charge you for Anti Rust coating under the car which they don't tell while buying like a scam. Then during the first service which is supposed to be included they keep calling to get the car for service giving the impression that it's great service. Little you know once you give that the service guy informs that you charge for Anti Rust coating is somewhere around 1000 plus AED. Felt cheated. Not to mention the test car and the actual car they give are very different. When asked they just say the test car is higher model. Not happy at all. Need to see what else hidden charges are there and what is hidden from the customer in my second service.

DO NOT BUY MITSUBISHI. I was ap wrong to buy this car, the dealership have the worst car service I brought the car probably a dozen time each time it sits there for days they don't authorize a replacement because their policy says only if the car there for 15 days or more, they don't allow you to fix with the 3rd party of you lose all warranty basically you're stuck with the worst service and a car that keeps on breaking down.
People I dealt with are Rony and Mohammed from Sharjah dealership and Princesses from MITSUBISHI customer care they did absolutely nothing but waste my time

I paid a deposit (supposedly for RTA registration as based from ther quotation) for a car I was planning to purchase from this showroom but for unfortunate personal reason, I had to withdraw the deal. I never received any receipt copies when I paid (felt they just want to have the money) but have history of the payment transaction as I used my CC. Until now I am still waiting for the refund of the deposit and had to fight and send several emails just to have it back. The agent told me to call him only and visit the showroom to get it but at this point, I no longer want anything that was discussed verbally and wants everything in writing. I had to follow up and chase for my own money (until now, no replies received from the branch) I have never experienced anything like this (close to being harrassed) in my 10yrs in Dubai for such a small amount of money. This is really concerning.

I will start with the beginning so will not left anything unchecked. First you have paid parking to park your car. There own parking is always full. Then when you go inside you find 2 ladies sitting on reception till that time things are good. After that they will call someone, who will inform you about the car and its pros and cons.
Here you will find the difference, the person which we receive was exhausted, tired, looked bored from his life and want us to cut the thing down quickly, the cars which were parked inside the showroom appears to be parked like in store room no discipline. The SUV we came to see was parked on the backyard. And backyard is open no AC. I really don't like my experience of al Habtoor Motors. It looks like a fish market.

The salesmen staff is an absolute shame. Service rates are way too high and technical skills are poor (I had to return back my car after fresh service because it was heavily leaking oil - odo 22000 km) Overall bad experience. This brand is from another age… like a dinosaur!

Visited the showroom to check the cars, and the customer service was so poor
I was going to test drive a car and while giving my driving license to the receptionist lady she guided to give another person, and he told me "you want her to deal with you! " In unprofessional way it is like I'm running after the lady.
Because many persons attended me and I got confused with who I should deal, I got underestimated.

The worst experience ever, I went today to the showroom in sheikhZayed road, I was looking for Eclipse cross car and no one trybto explain the features and benefits for me then I asked the receptionist also she gave me non specific Information, I left and I came back caused I really like the car then I asked her another question, she told you can ask her college inside, unfortunately he answered me with very rude way the he said you can check this car I told him which? He even didn't standup and leave the chair to show me? I really shocked with this attitude? This is disrespect for me and my husband. I can't imagine this service in dubai, I'm buying a car not Doing shopping

If there is an option to give negative star review it will the appropriate ratings of this service center.the service center and customer handling is worst. We signed a contract to extend our car servicing knowing it would be the best but it is a big disappointment. We need to wait for a week to get a slot and pay extra charge for every strange findings of our car.

Worst service ever in Sheikh Zayed Showroom Branch, the salespersons are careless and unprofessional and barely talking to you, be careful, they offer you wrong information and prices on the call just for you to come and visit to discover much higher prices.

Terrible experience with staff and branch manager. Very rude branch manager. Very poor service. Staff didn’t provide with full information. Couldn’t get my deposit back because as per “company policy” it’s not refundable. Branch manager was even shouting on me and trying to prove that he is right even told me if you’re customer then come and seat on my neck. Never seen so unprofessional answer. Anyway don’t suggest at all. If you go check everything in details otherwise will be misguided like me.

Hi, I paid to transfer a maintenance contract between first owner and I with 2 maintenance services remaining beginning 2018. I did the first service in January when I paid the transfer and now, when I scheduled the second one, I didn't pass the service because it has expired in April. Nobody tell you or inform you about the service details, expiry date, etc. No solution, no agreement found with manager not willing to speak with you. I paid for a service that I cannot used.

Total chaos! Even if there are few customers waiting it takes them forever to just accept your car (drop off for service). People don't bother to wait for their ticket number and just walk up to the counters. Counters are VERY slow and a total chaos. Get your shop in order!

Don’t bother making an appointment. People are called in a very disorganized fashion and quite frankly whilst there’s a lot of people waiting to leave their cars for service, we see the attendants just chatting on the phone and doing something other than receiving the cars that are waiting to be serviced. Very bad perception of the service they provide unfortunately.

Nice location front staff are very cooperative, but no control on back staff, there are thieves inside who are searching car and whenever they find something they will take and there are no cameras to monitor such type of person.

They need to move to larger place. Become too small,
They adjust the price of parts. No big different between they price and local market ONLY in parts price forgot labour it is still height
