Dr Marina is very serious in doing her job, in that she is not lazy, not killing time, super passionate, and thorough, her nurse, you know and are comfortable with their joint working, the nurse is equally knowledgeable, hands on supporting throughout and able to share and discuss, when leaving again safe hands regarding reports to follow, medicine being prepared, normally I forget or need to double check, accessible to receptionist who will forward what’s needed, in a timely manner, and also help, at the Palm Jumeira branch, it works! Total customer experience that they are human to empathise and yet very proffessional to get the job done.

I understand the place closes at 10 pm, but we reached at 958. Staff just stepped out to go back but as customers went all the way from JLT's temporarily closed Modern vet to Palm in a rush just to make it on time - staff told us off to come back at 7am as they have just shut off their system.
Al Wasl branch was so accomodating to guide us but nope, Palm branch just dismissed us when we got there 2 mins before official closing time. How accommodating. Literally the effort customers put for a quick purchase vs none from u at all.

The best service and the most professional doctor, people in the clinic really work from heart. Thanks a lot for Dr Renata personally, this is Diamond in veterinarian world. Clean clinic and very lovely receptionists.

I am having a great experience here at modern vet the palm branch Dr. Renate and the team, all are doing a great job with my old boy Maxi and she did an amazing job with my cat Ghoul, defiantly i recommend, they treat ur pet with kindness and they are very helpful?

Ok. Diagnosis is good. Prices are a bit on the high side. Like if you know the vet and he or she works there then it makes sense. Going there as a first time and try to search for solutions can be or is pricy

I don't know how to put this into words, the dr.pretended to give my cat the rabies shot and then threw the needle with the vaccine full in it.maybe she didn't think I might see that! When i confronted her about it, she said that she is afraid that my cat will go into shock, which is something I have never heard from all the modern vet dr.s my cat has been to.and then I paid for the vaccine, which she threw away, in full.when I objected that she threw it away and an explanation to why I am paying for it, she said that she would give her the rabies shot now! Just WOW.

They are so professional, from A to Z everything perfect, i am dealing with them since long, and trust only them, I removed 2 stars only because they keep increasing their prices which is really unaffordable, it’s ok to go expensive due the high care, but it’s more than over
