We went to Modern Vet for a consultation regarding my cat Gucci, and we luckily got to meet Dr. Shifna, who is one of the most professional veterinarians I’ve met, she really takes time in medically explaining all what we needed to understand and quickly took the right measure to initiate the treatment.

A street cat scratched out my dog's eye and the dog felt bad. I took him to the Modern Veterinary Clinic. Dr. Shifna quickly took all measures for the speedy recovery of my dog. I want to thank Modern Vet Clinic and Dr. Shifna for such a correct treatment, today my dog ​​is much better!

Found a stray a month ago with a bite and eye infection. Dr. Martha and Dr. Shifna took the best care of her. The rest of the staff is also so friendly and gentle with my cat, highly recommend!

I would like to recommend Dr. Manos. He is always very friendly, helpfull and happy to answer all my questions. He shares his knowledge and also asks for my opinion. He has a super relaxed and genuine way of working and my doggies love his cuddles

Our Havanese, Myles, has been coming to Modern Vet since we had him 4 months old. He suffered with Giardia and received great treatment from Dr Simone. We also do all his vaccinations here on a yearly basis. Thank you for all the love you give to our little Myles.

Very happy with my first visit just this morning. Dr Manos and the entire team were very accommodating. The Clinic location itself is very accessible - plenty of parking areas nearby. On top of this, the clinic timings are great especially for us working dog moms. Kudos to the team!

Dr. Manos has a deep care for the pets as well as their parents. We travel from Sharjah to meet him. We get in with a lot of concerns but his calming and detailed answers is always a relief. The reception and the support staffs are very caring and sweet. Highly recommended.

The best veterinary clinic in Dubai would have to be Modern Vet, they really are willing to do everything for your pet. I wouldn’t go anywhere else; they are the only vet in Dubai that have a cardiac specialist among others on board. This is very important to me as my chihuahua has heart issues and I feel so at peace bringing him here every time.

They misdiagnosed my cat and put her in a critical situation. My cat is now at risk of dying.
This vet should be closed, fined and take there license away.

I went to the clinic yesterday for an emergency involving my cat. When they heard about the emergency they gave me an appointment immediately. I was in a wreck of nerves and my cat was terrified. The team were not only attentive to the cat but also they were very nice to me, assuring me that he was going to be fine and that they are doing everything they can.
Dr. Marta did a blood test, explained the whole process to me and gave my cat some medication. The nurse and the receptionists were very kind and supportive.
I highly recommend this clinic.

I can see all everone telling very good reviews about them. I just pass by I find a little bird on the roof she wast able to fly, I can’t keep her like this I brought them to just look and see what is the issue.reception lady didn’t even ask the doctor if they want to have look, and she ask me to pay for consultation. I told her I don’t have to pay but you have to help, she advise me that I can go others or municipalities

I don’t recommend this clinic at all! They used to be excellent and I used to take my cat there. But not anymore! Shame on you! Very disappointing. You misdiagnosed my friend’s cat! With all the blood tests, X-ray and other medical stuff you made, cost a lot of money, and still you didn’t diagnose well! All the symptoms the cat showed and still you didn’t know that she’s a Parvo positive. 10 days the cat suffering with all the pain, even the little experienced would know that it was Parvo! Shame shame! Now the cat is between death or life, trying to survive, and that’s all because of the less experienced doctor that you have.

Very unprofessional receptionists, and disrespectful to customers, their attitude is something else, doctors are great once in the same room with you, then give zero care about you or your pet when your not around.

No respect for timing or appointments.
Money is their main goal.

I can say with conviction that this is the best veterinary clinic in Dubai. All their vets are so educated and know so much about anything ranging from nutrition to dental health, and beyond. I take my 3 pups here and would never even think of another local vet.

Not able to identify the real problem of the cat. They have charged huge amounts for nothing and now the cat have no survival chance! All this could have been avoided. Unprofessional!

Best vet clinic in town! They took such good care of my Nacho? They’re always ready to help in person or on WhatsApp. My cat had an eye surgery. After the operation, I had to go several times for check-ups and not once did they make me pay for it. As soon as I walk in the clinic, they greed me and Nacho by name which makes it so much more personal and like they all really care. Love this clinic! ️

My beloved old cat wasn't looking happy so I took her along to Modern Vet JVC earlier today, without an appointment. It wasn't good news and she was put to sleep, at my request, but everyone I dealt with was understanding, supportive and just lovely about the whole thing, which says a lot for their practice. Best vet in town! We have been taking our Samoyed dog to the JVC branch of Modern Vet for sometime now. From the receptionist to the nurses and doctors, everyone is friendly and very helpful. More importantly, our dog is always happy to see them and even sometimes doesn't want to leave. Must be that she likes the petting and treats they give her?

I love this Veterinary Clinic. They are humans! Dr. Joao is the best vet in the uae. I have followed him from JLT where I live and where he worked initially to JVC and found the staff here to be amazingly nice and genuinely caring. Whether Martin who also moved from their jlt branch or the super sweet and Profesional Rochell, both are what every customer service aspire to be.
Dr. Joao saved my Pekingese dog Hero's eye and repeatedly helped him and my other Shih Tzu, Panda, and they both love him. I can vouch for how good he is. Definitely come here if you're looking for professional help from people who treat your dog like your own son/daughter and not a piece of replaceable furniture. The service of the vet I dealt with was embarrassing. She prescribed a therapy based on the positive results of a test that was actually negative. When I made her notice this she said: it’s the same (then why did I pay for that expensive test?). Completely unable to give pills or do injections, making the poor animals suffer for such simple procedures. Never again

We had a quite unusual issue yesterday with our cat as she sat down on a big ball of this terrible putty which then was stuck all over her left side and the tail.
Got an appointment almost immediately and was welcomed by a lovely team who solved the problem in a caring and perfect way, cat is happy and I am as well. Professional, friendly and able to solve a not common problem. I ca only recommend this clinic! Easy to find a parking lot close by,

I have been using MVC JVC branch since the day they opened. It is not usual I leave comments on reviews, however I would take time to write if I thought a place would deserve a comment.
I have 20 years experience with different vet clinics around Dubai. I can honestly say ALL MVC branches across Dubai are very good.
I visited all of them (I do TNR and sometimes I also bring strays who are injured or sick and in the need of vet care).
I do find the staff (Vets, nurses and receptionist) to be very helpful, knowledgeable, professional and compassionate.
In all my visits I have never been disappointed.
One of my regular stray have received the best care possible at all the 3 branches for different reasons at different times.
I have always been treated with respect at all the branches and my regular stray received professional and successful vet care.

Modern Vet is probably the most professional animal care establishment in the UAE. They care for you, for your pet, and for your concerns. Never once have I been there and received anything less than 5-star service for great value. I have taken my cats, my dog, and her whole litter of puppies there before I got them adopted. I have needed emergency care once, and they were there. Ready.

I am so pleased with my visit to this veterinary clinic today. Despite me turning up with no prior warning the team saw me within minutes. I was warmly welcomed by the receptionist Pam and the vet nurse Marta. Both were incredibly professional and helpful as well as having a positive presence and were engaged in wanting to assist me. The vet Dr Rokas was super pleasant and I could tell he was a real animal lover, this put my mind at ease, for sure! He was kind and gental but also thorough, so impressive to see as I had turned up without a booking. The vet nurse was also very loving towards Tyler (my kitten) and also commented on how much of a lovely cat he is! This made me super happy and proud kitten mumma moment! They both advised on the medication to treat the pain and set next steps to help with Tyler's mouth infection. This was super refreshing after a bad vet experience at a different clinic when I initially went to get Tyler checked over. I will be coming back to this clinic again. I have been to Modern Vet clinic in JLT, and it was great service. So excited that MVC opens a branch at JVC, so close to my home. My kitty will be very happy to visit them soon.

Took my cat in to see Dr Simone for a second opinion. She did an amazing job and definitely put me to comfort with dealing with the situation.

My dog has been going here for his whole life. Everyone, from the front staff to the the vets are incredibly professional. More than that, I have been going to Dr. Renate because she has a way of calming me down whenever my pup has an issue. When my dog hurt his leg, she administered acupuncture and it worked almost immediately. Love MVC.

One of the best veterinarians in Dubai! I was regular visitor of the JLT clinic earlier, but will surely try JVC Location (it's much closer to my home) Staff is always friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!
