The most disgusting service I have ever received in my entire life. The most rude, unprofessional and disrespectful staff I have ever come across. The order was delivered 2 months later than the timeframe I paid for, all requests to cancel it after the time has passed were ignored, they claimed it got rejected and they resubmitted however they never contacted me to discuss it nor provided any proof of such event taking place (they said since I would be using this proof to claim refund they will not give it to me). Moreover, by that time I had already told them not to proceed as it was too late for me, they sent me nasty messages and blocked me. The e-mail correspondence is utterly shocking- like entitled children with bad attitude sending you messages. The payment I made was for a different company so I am not even sure they are licensed to offer this service. No invoice provided at the time of payment either. I'm dealing with DED to address this issue as such companies should not be allowed to offer any services in the UAE where standards for customer service are completely different.
