Very disappointing after sales service. Was promised delivery within 4 days, yet no updates even after a week. Made numerous calls to the store but no updates inspite of speaking with several sales executives. Kindly look into the matter.

I had amazing experience in mom store mirddif the team are so friendly and kind- Eslaam helped me a lot in his recommendations and his customer service and his product knowledge i was so confused because I don’t have any experience about baby products, thanks alot ' makes me go again to buy from there

Worst shopping experience! I ordered online & they sent me a returned piece! Returning it ASAP! Also their customer care answered me after 15 minutes of waiting, the call took more than 13 minutes to initiate the return!

The customer service representative doesn’t respect the customers, (Mirrdif branch) have very rude staff and unprofessional.

Please avoid this place. The products are very overpriced. You can easily find the same products for cheaper prices elsewhere. Their delivery service is miserable and they don't respect their customers. A very bad service and store.
Better to check Firstcry online or Mothercare if you want to purchase from a store. You'll definitely find better quality for less prices and better customer service
