Despite an online order in-store pickup didn't go as confirmed by email, the staff were polite and geniunly tried to help. I had to make another trip weeks later to receive my order. The store is nicely appointed staffed with helpful, knowledgeable staff who are available for help and advise without being too pushy. Much of what you may need is available, and they have free coffee for patrons, welcoming, and smart marketing.

We came to the store to have a look at different strollers and we were very confused. Cristian was so patient with us and extremely helpful, he went over and beyond to help us choose a stroller for our first child. Excellent service!

Very disappointed- they don’t have order tracking on purpose so they can cancel your order anytime. Customer service told me that out of stock items are still offered for 48 hours on their website before they put “out of stock” sign which to me lures customers only to be heartbroken.
