We are signature holiday homes working in hospitality industry since 12 Years.before we had some issues regarding linen and laundry services but since collaborating with Monarch Laundry we are totally tension free and our operational activity becomes very smooth and punctual.i should recommend for co-operate and personal laundry because they are Best laundry in town.

I would highly recommend Monarch laundry and dry cleaning to anybody living in the city or visiting. The standard of cleaning is excellent for both everyday clothes and special garments. Exceptional cleaning and fabulous service!

Urgently needed a stain removed from my dress before an event I was attending and was referred to Monarch. They were quick, professional, and my dress looked good as new when they were done. Will absolutely use them again next time I'm in town!

This is a very bad laundry
First I gave them 28 peaces of clothes and all are very expensive not trying to brag just to show how careless they are.
I called them and told them please can you do it
They said yes
And they charged 414 aed for everything
When they brought it back and I checked it it was almost all dirty just ironed and has perfume in it
I took video and I called them back and they were so slow and careless
They kept saying my Manager will call back
Or he is traveling
Or we will call you tomorrow
I just wanted my money back
They sent a guy to check it back and he said give it to me so the manager can see it but I said no
I sent them the video and picture and you saw it
And for another day I kept chasing them
A guy answered and said please send it so the manager can see it and take action with the people who were responsible.
I said ok but please look at it and bring it back I don’t want you to wash it or damaged the cashmere pieces more
And I want my money back please
They said ok
But obviously they ignored me
Washed the things and damaged it even more the colors fainted and the fabric was washed off and the cashmere was like small balls on it
I just hate them and they didn’t respond anymore and didn’t refund the money

Do not and I repeat do not ever deal with this laundry. I gave them a designer dress came back to me faded and all unstitched they took it back to repair and after 1 week and multiple calls to request to talk to the manager who is always out of town and not available, the dress came back with a hem stitching so visible there were holes in the dress. Disgusting and irresponsible. They should have their licence closed. Totally unprofessional.

The worst dry cleaning service ever! Damaged four of my items: shawl, two dresses and a shirt - all in one load. I plead to speak to a manager, (they claim on their website the business is owned by a Canadian or a British), people I was talking to could hardly speak English, there was no-one interested in remedying the situation, people were lying to me, no-one ever got back to me. They use very harsh chemicals damaging to any clothes, let alone delicate items.

Fantastic, simple, easy, and convenience. Doesn't matter if your in town for business or family this service rocks. I used the same day rush twice over several weeks and it was flawless. A lot cheaper than the hotel laundry and the pickup and drop off at my work site was perfect.

The first red flag was when monarch gave me a shirt that wasn't mine and insisted it was. I held my ground and they brought back my shirt but damaged (the collar buttons were ripped off and two holes in the shirt where they used to be). They also returned two shirts with red rust stains on the left shoulder that won't come out. When confronted about this they said they'd get back to me and now have stopped responding to my messages. I am searching my closet and I'm missing 2 more dress shirts that I Gave to monarch. A very disappointing and expensive experience. Avoid this company if you value customer service and your clothes

If you need to clean expensive cloths never ever trust Monarch Laundry. Instead of requested steaming they pressed item at high heat. Now pants has ugly shining and strong creases on the side. Stains were not cleaned.

I have used Monarch Laundry several times and can't fault it all. So easy to book, so quick, washing/ironing is done to a high standard, and it's collection and delivery is also on time and by very friendly staff. Specially customer service is outstanding.

Do not recommend this laundry at all. First they completely destroyed the color on one of the shirts, then the top was when they lost two of my shirts. After multiple calls with the supervisor, they send me shirts that were not mine. Never got any kind of refund or apology, no one answered any of my calls or whatsapp messages. You are better off doing it yourself or ask your maid to to it.

They pierce your shirts and trousers to attach labels to them so as not to get lost.

After three times i noticed my shirts have been pierced with many holes in them.

This is the worst dry clean service ever. I wish i had time to sue them.

Horrible service. Horrible attitude. The customer needs to accommodate their delivery timings, otherwise, no clothes
