I had an old Harddrive which hadn’t worked for 5/6 years but I never got around to getting it fixed. I had looked a few times but never felt safe sending it away for repair.

When I moved to Abu Dhabi I did a search and saw More data recovery recommended on a few places, I finally got in touch with them and the service was superb.

That day I realized that I lost all my mountain expeditions photos was a nightmare! Someone told me that if anyone can retrieve anything it is More Data Recovery. I was desperate of course and I went there hoping and praying. I was received by Smi who explained the process to me and assured me that I am in the right place. I have one 3tb Network storage device NAS (WD cloud drive) it was damaged i try to many more places to recover this but most of people saying impossible retrieve 100% finally Al Mufeed IT Solutions LLC person suggested this place.i came and check him. More data recovery office receptionist madam was say 100% recovery and guarantee assure, so i was saying to my customer and received permission from him.after very quickly recover my all data that data size is 3TB.my customer also happy.i satisfied this work it's very good price. Professional, I had quite a pleasant experience with them though it took eons for them to ultimately resolve the issue (I gues it was their agency services but rather the complexity of my case).

Briefly alluding to my issue, I had an external HDD that was not accessible, they arranged a pick up, afterwards I have been informed that it might take a while (it took actually about 3 months) to find 2 donors and ultimately in my case we were able to retrive 100 Gb out of 500 Gb of a total capacity of 1 Tb of the HDD. They arranged a team-viewer meeting, You could access your files and ultimately have your corrupt and non-corrupt data transferred to another media.

MORE Data recovery retrived my hard drive when 2 or 3 other places said no way to fix this issue. So thankful for all my important data that was saved

More data recovery teams are doing good job. They recover our critical HDD data very fast and affordable rate within limited time. I can recommend to more data recovery any one to do the best job

These guy's are very expensive, I gave a 2TB hard drive to recover and they quoted 750 as non refundable payable + additional upon on successful recovery 2200.time frame was 3 weeks.

I asked them not to recover, took my hard drive to other recovery team near there, complete data recovered for 1500 Aed within a week.

Prasad and his team have done an exemplary job. Fast. Efficient and to the point - Most of our critical data from a damaged 3.5 HDD was recovered within a few days.

I don't know whether I am the only one, who will take time complaining about the issue faced, but there you go.

Positive: Free pick up service, which is convenient.

Negative 1: Due to the fact that there are barely any data recovery companies nearby, prices are too high.

Negative 2: Submitted my hard drive (1TB, if this info is useful) to the company due to a malfunction on Monday (week 1), was told to wait for a call back from the company to let me know about ways to fix it and the prices within two working days. Proof-checked the phone number and my personal email in order for them to easily contact me. On Monday (week 2), after six working days, have not heard from the company. Called back to check. Company representative took three hours to get back to me regarding my hard drive (I had to call again) ; to tell me that the charges of more than one thousand AED will be applied if I proceed with the operation.
Conclusion: Just canceled and wasted time waiting for being informed that I have to pay more than one thousand AED for a hard drive that was bought for three hundred AED.

Reason of the Review: Since the information in the hard drive was crucial, it is highly unprofessional to leave customers waiting for the reply, and ending up not getting it (reply) from company's side. Applying these high of charges being aware that customers will have to pay for it, because the information is simply crucial to them (customers), not the company.

P.s.: I think some of the 5* reviews written previously are company related individuals. Personal opinion.
