Shopping for kids and buying gifts for babies isn’t that easy but believe me once you walk in to Mothercare at Dubai Mall it becomes so smooth. The staff are super professional and welcoming and they took their time in showing us around and they had answers to all of our questions. All you need to do is just say a few words and they would do the rest for you; it’s like magic I would say. On top of that the manager came out to assist and we were actually surprised towards the end as we didn’t know that she was the shop manager until I asked her. Seham was so helpful and friendly, she and her staff made our shopping experience to not be forgotten and I recommend this store to all who need to buy clothes and accessories for babies and young children.

The worst place to order anything! I ordered the yoyo stroller, every day calling and checking on my delivery date: they told me U HAVE TO ORGANIZE THE DELIVERY WITH OUR TEAM, ok I contacted the team and arranged it for Wednesday, after no delivery again - they told me 14 days. I call contact center, the guy Mohamed he told me “it’s not my business your delivery you can cancell the order ‘ I never faced so rude! Unprofessional people! Spending 2 thousand for stress and such rude attitude! It’s absolutely inappropriate to have such service in Dubai

Am so disspointed with the carseat i took for my child. It was supposed to fit up to 2 years but now my child is five months and it's not comfortable for him. He screams when he is init. The seatbelt was so thight and short on his his neck I brought your brand but now I have to look for another comfortable barnd for my child.

We called in to browse and get some advice today. All the staff were extremely helpful and went out their way to answer any questions we had. Excellent service. Thank you.

Horrible service and quality. I purchased a baby crib being 8 months pregnant. First, you have to wait for 30 min for someone to assist you in the shop as only one consultant is able to explain the functionality of the items (baby trolleys and cribs). Second, after payment I’ve been informed that the item will be delivered and assembled within 10-15 days. Third, when followed up on the item delivery after 12 days, suddenly I am told that due to Ramadan schedule, delivery will happen after 21 days only! Reminder, it’s 8th month pregnancy - you are counting days & weeks, each delay matters. To get the update on delivery I had to make 2 calls to customer service of Alshaya (who, I am sorry, completely useless and only transfer the calls with no empowerment for any action), 2 calls to the furniture department, and finally call back to the branch in Dubai Mall where the item has been purchased. Forth, when the baby crib got delivered & assembled finally (on 16th day after purchase) it appeared damaged - chipped wooden frame (as on photos). Such damage can easily injure adult not speaking about new born baby. And now again back to the battle with Mothercare & Alshaya for resolution. Such waste of time, nerves and money. P. S. I procured on the same day essential items for newborn baby in two other stores- all delivered on time in great quality. I recommend not to purchase in Mothercare if you have alternatives

The staff is super helpful - I was able to find what I was looking for within few minutes with the help of the cashier. Product selection is pretty good as well
