Motif management not paying our toc and dlp. They put in contract toc 5% and dlp5% with purpose. We did one project of bullet proof glass with bullet proof steel in Almas Tower. Thr project was completed with certified meterial. They are holding 10% payment with no valid reason. Wont recommend it as a contractor

Motif didn't return our company's security deposit after handing over the project and no one from their team responded to our emails.
