The most horrible experience. Sales woman talks to you very sweetly, picks up your stuff and then doesn’t respond regarding delivery.then the operations manager promises you a delivery date and then keeps giving u excuses. Very unprofessional and stressful experience I am having with this company. Now its been 1.5 months and i still don't have my things. These people do not respond to calls. Do not believe them at all!
and in your response please address the concern around you guys not answering my calls, not giving me a tracking ID, sending me a fake customs bill through a local kuwaiti transport company which had a fake email id and weight and volume of the shipment which was not even mine.

I used Move Five Shipping service for Dubai to Riyadh and found the team professional and amazingly quick. I got the stuff delivered within 5 days. Impressed by the service and professionalism.
I asked for the empty cartons upon which they provided not only the cartons but also the tapes and bubble wrap (even without my ask) and this is without any extra charges which is classic.
Moreover, they helped me on wraping the glassware and even remove the curtains in minites (including rod and other stuff). I highly recommend their services specifically for UAE to KSA.
Lastly I found their services as the most economical option in the town.
