Gujjar & zayn and her team did an amazing job, they moved my 3 bedroom townhouse in under 10 hours and took really good care of our furniture, fixed the curtains and chandeliers.

I would like to specifically thank Shahid and Hamza for being very professional and really good at their job. They were patient and went about their work with no unnecessary chatter. They did a good job with minimal instructions from us. Wish them both well in their future.

Very bad service, please do not waste your time with them, they are not professional, and their prices are very expensive, and they give you a price and change it at the time of work and put you in trouble… A very bad experience I chose them based on reviews don't trust them. I'm disappointed

After they came home and saw the furniture and sent me the cost. Before the day of the move they called me at ten pm to tell me to pay the amount of the price more than double cost 2500 dirhams, and unfortunately I did all the procedures to leave and cancelled the emicool from the old house and I couldn't find an alternative company at that late night, especially since it was a day off and my children would sleep in the heat or we would move to sleep on the ground in the new house.

تخيلوا معي عدم المهنيه بعد ان اتوا للبيت و رأوا الاثاث و ارسلوا لي التكلفه. قبل يوم النقل للمنزل الجديد اتصلوا بي الساعه العاشرة مساء ليخبروني ان ادفع مبلغ ذيباده اكثر من ضعف السعر ٢٥٠٠ درهم ، وانا للاسف قمت بكافة الاجراءات للرحول و فصلت الايميكول من المنزل القديم و لم اجد شركة بديله للأسف في ذلك الوقت المتأخر من الليل خاصة انه كان يوم عطله و سينام اطفالي في الحر او ننتقل للنام في الارض في البيت الجديد … تجربه سيئه جدا اتمنى ان لا يعيشها احد آخر …

Worst experience EVER! They mix all stuff together, 4 boxes were mixed badly (food stuff with cleaning materials) (electronic devices with shampoos and shower gels), it took them 8 hours just to move out from my old apartment, they were out of wrapping tapes, started packing old boxes as they have ran out of new boxes, staff chatting and laughing during the packing which caused the delays. Don't get the bait. They will call you and email you 100 times before the move, but once you pay and work started, no one follow up afterwards. The worst company I have ever dealt with, even freelancers I have dealt with earlier are much way better.

They are very dedicated, speed of work and customer friendly. Especially Mohsin and Shazad. Thank you very much for your service.

Mr Messi and his team helped me a lot with the moving and were very patient with me. They were very respectful and were able to understand me when I spoke in arabic and english. I am very comfortable with their service and would recommend them!

Horrible experience! I asked to move my office at 1 pm, they showed up at 4 pm we agreed about 8 helpers they brought only 3! They are extremely slow and rude. I had to cancel the move and ask for another movers company.

Just got service recently (june 2022) great quality work. On time delivery. Strongly recomended.
Especially Mr. Mirza and Mr. Messi were best in class. Fixing all equipments curtains ans lights better then specialists!

Team Mirza from MoversZone did a great job. They were fast, efficient and very professional. They did exactly what I told them to do. And they even asked me if there's anything more which needed to be done. Overall a wonderful experience.

My experience was easy and no hassle. I had searched for them online and then received a call back immediately. I was then sent all details via WhatsApp as well as payment link. Timings and locations all discussed.

The following day pick up for for 3pm but it was brought much before to the next location in downtown. Unfortunately just 1 service lift was working so they waited 2 hours almost and they were very positive and finished setting up very quickly and cleared up the mess and left. Poor guys had to wait to use the service lift to leave. So grateful for their patience.

With all said, the entire experience was just spot on and I highly recommend them. The clear instructions were followed through to the core.

Mirza and team was amazing, the team was very cooperative and very easy to talk to. Both houses the basement to the lift was a bit lengthy, but these guys did not even hesitate once. Promised to come in at 9 am and were in by 830.

I have used a couple of moving companies since been in Dubai and Movers Zone is hands down one of the best companies I have used. They were super efficient and professional. Most terrible moving company, and here is why:

1- they came late and left before they unpack most of the stuff.they told me its late now at nigh do it yourself.

2- they destroyed the walls on both houses, moving out from and moving in.

3- most of the drawers and doors for cabinets were stolen!

4- they broke my water dispenser cooler.

5- they broke some cabinets legs and the doors don’t close properly anymore.

6- its been two days im trying to call them to complain about all of that and they hung up the phone on me!

Changing my review from 5 to 1 because i found out that they damaged my Printer and they didn't install the TV set right, it is very loose, i have to fix it now.i already talked to the focal point who usually was very responsive and told her about what happened, now after 15 Days, i got no reply.this is something i don't accept.

Other than that, they moved everything good, i only wish they didn't damage anything as they are good people and respectful.

These guys packed my two bedroom house and unpacked in a new location In 5 hours. Honestly super fast and professional.

Not a very nice experience I had with MoversZone. I hired them coz I read wonderful comments here but unfortunately they are careless. They broke my appliance and furniture. Imagine the pain of seeing your appliance broken simply because they didn't handle it with care. It can be avoided if they have taken care of fragile items. Because I noticed they're in hurry to get things done that they forget to do it properly.

Beware of this company! Check all of your stuff immediately before they leave. Unpack the boxes even how busy you are. Check your furnitures right away, check everything. They won't take responsibility at all after 3 days.

In the beginning i was very stressed for the movement and stories that i hear from multiple moving companies till i found MoversZone, they ARE moving hassle free due to the following reasons:
1- Everything is automated and smart through their system and always following up through emails and whatsapp.

3- Asked them for extra work of fixing new curtains and they didn’t let me down they offered it for free, which most other companies will charge you more.
4- The moving team came in the exact timings i just went out for a walk for only one hour and they packed everything very fast in no time i was really surprised.

What an amazing experience I had today with Movers Zone. I was sent Zubair Team, to move part of my furniture. They were simply AMAZING. Fast, efficient, friendly, professional, they know exactly what to do, very detailed oriented, extremely diligent, to say the least. I never thought moving would be so easy, had I known my team would be so amazing, I would not have stressed about the move for weeks.

Other than the amazing Zubair Team who did the move for me, I have to mention Movers Zone customer service team, WOW. These guys are so efficient and so service-oriented. A very special thanks goes to Ahmad who followed up constantly to ensure I was getting what I was looking for and for not giving up on me.

I have not moved fully yet, so will definitely be using them again soon and HIGHLY RECOMMEND these guys for a seamless and stress-free move.

Zubair and team were absolutely amazing. Their work was speedy, professional and they had a great attitude.

It’s the best movers company I tried so far. They packed and moved all the things nicely without any damages. Though it was challenging to move some furniture cuz of small lift but they found solution for it. Despite a rough start, things went smoother and fastest. Zybair did a great job supervising and working along with the team, additional guys showed up to support and finally the move was done.
