The best groomers in Dubai! My dogs feel safe and I feel they are cared for. Also the built in security cameras make me feel at ease. Excellent customer service and grooming, thank you!

We have two Yorkshire Doggies and one is very petite. They love getting spoiled by Mr Clippers team, always careful and mindful that one is old and has a heart condition. Never had any complaints about their summer cut or overall service.

I believe Bartolomeu liked his hair cut, he looks like a distinguished gentleman now and he doesn’t hate me because I wasn’t the one taking him for grooming. It’s amazing, so practical. I would definitely recommend it.

We love Mr Clippers especially thé groomer Jay. He is so kind and wonderful with our Cavalier King Charles Spaniel Bear and always gives him a beautiful haircut. Jay is so gentle with Bear and we really appreciate it!

Overpriced comparing to other groomers.
The management decided to increase the prices even more.

We’ve been booking with you only for the past three years, might be even longer
And it is not the first time it happened - our cat got ringworms after the grooming. And I’m certain about it because a week ago we discovered it on the skin of pet, till now suffering with treatment. It is not only expensive but also very stressful for a cat.
This is the first time I’m telling you guys about it because I just realized the pattern. Our cat is staying at home only, never in contact with other pets, we never wear shoes in the house and always very careful about cat’s environment and hygiene
Also last time the grooming was done very poorly, it was patches here and there, not an even cut, claws were not cut although it is included in the “full grooming” and I always mention it anyways

So I would like you guys to take it seriously. This is pets’ health. You MUST sterilize all your equipment, listen to the customer carefully and be cautious. It is living creatures who deserve to be treated well

I hope in future no pet will suffer as we did so many times. But from my side - this was the last time we trusted Mr. Clippers with our family member

Not recommended. Their groomers are inconsistent so you may get lucky once but not guaranteed to get the same cut next time. Their customer service also is not the best. Go elsewhere.

This was our first time using a mobile grooming service and I must say it was a great decision, the whole process was swift and easy. Jay (the groomer) was excellent and had a tremendous amount of patience as our little guy (Levi) can be a handful. Thank you so much for a job well done.

Very convenient service. My dog who usually does not enjoy baths was very comfortable and relaxed. Big thanks to Mr. Jett who was gentle and kind when handling my dog. We will keep coming back. Highly recommend!

It's the absolute best, and has been sent by same groomer which makes great communication, and I can see they are genuinely caring furry babies, takes care of my cat in best comfort during procedures, got matted fur out without shaving or cutting to short, and preserve majestic look of my persian cat by adorable lion haircut for scorching summer, always content with their workmanship

My cat doesnt like water at all so im having difficulty in taking a bath for him, and worst, im having difficulty in putting him with his carrier. Tried other grooming service but failed, my cat traumatized. Having Mr Clippers mobile Pet groomer makes my life easier. Im happy that Gary did a really good job with my cat. He really handled him so well, its already my second time using their service and im so satisfied. I highly recommend.

I had groomed my dog with them for the first time and absolutely loved their service. My Groomers name was Gary and he was super nice and gave her such a good look. Super pleased with Gary and Arunkumar who had come to groom my dog.very friendly and professional.

I've had my 2 cats for over 6 years now and last year got a chocolate Pomeranian puppy who is now a young boy. I have used Mr Clippers to groom both my cats and my dog and all 3 of them have come back with the best grooming they have ever had since I've had them! The best lion cuts and the best teddy bear hair cut for my dog.my cat usually comes back after her lion's cut with a raw skin and she licks herself for days because the blade hurt her but this time around, she didn't, her skin was perfect after the cut and she not only looked good but she enjoyed it as well.the groomer took notes of all my concerns and requests and applied them to perfection, I won't be using anyone else for my pets grooming from now on! 9 out of 5!

Considering that they are rude to your face and act very arrogantly. I wonder how they are treating your pet when you are not there. Not worth the effort to contact them ever again.

We just moved to Dubai and Switzerland and our mini poodle needed a good, stylish haircut for Dubai weather. Mr Clippers was so professional and our pooch is thrilled with his cool new look! Thank you!

TBH they are good but not flexible at all I kept on asking that we just need full hair trim and nail clipping, for our cat, their rep kept on giving me two option take 190/- (which is not full hair trimming but on the the parts trimming n nail clip). And 275/- for full grooming. We already get our cat grooming every month, so I didn’t want the full grooming.soooooo pathetic! I think the owner should give them tiny bit of authority to judge the services accordingly?

I have to say I’m so very disappointed and definitely wanted to leave a review because I don’t want any other new pet owners to be fooled like we were. After reading so many good comments I was so excited to get my pup groomed with Mr. Clippers, after talking to the them for almost a week asking questions and finding out if it’s ok to groom our pet and all that finally with much expectations made the appointment. I have a new 5 months old havanese mix. He was matted yes but not the whole body literally only near the tummy area. He had dry skin as he was treated for ticks few days before after coming from the place we got him. When the groomers saw him they immediately claimed he has fleas and to take him to the vet. They said we have to shave him as he is so matted and dematting will be super painful for him and for us to leave because it will hurt our pup so bad which scared us even more. We did not want to shave him as our vet advised against it. So since they claimed he has fleas which we haven’t seen we believed them and told only to wash him and do his nails and the hygiene trim and not dematt if it would hurt him so much and he is just a puppy. We being new paw parents and worried here trusting these ‘Professionals’

Then we paid the groomers rushed to the vet only to pay another amount for consultation and find out it was just dry skin and he does not have fleas. Dry skin was due to the tick treatment which he received and we did mention this to the Groomers. Wouldn’t professional groomers be able to know this when they look at the dog closely? Isn’t that their job to know this? One of them also claimed he is a vet as well and that they also have pups for sale. The nails were not done properly as well it was literally side ways and not polished into a round or comfortable neat way.

Secondly they said he needs to be dematted but failed to mention that if they wash him and don’t dematt him it will become tighter and harder for him. Which obviously we as new pet owners didn’t know hence why we called for this so called ‘Professionals’ to tell us and advise us what needs to be done. So they just washed him and dried him and charged us. Then suddenly our pup started to itch all his four paws and lick and bite and struggle like crazy we got so scared and again only to find out from our Vet that his legs were not washed off properly and the shampoo had dripped and dried which caused him to get more dry skin and itch… So now we ourselves bathed him again washed his paws and even managed to dematt him without him even shouting once it was literally about 5 or 6 connected matt under his tummy area.

I can’t figure out what were they trying to achieve by misleading us but we learnt our lesson not to trust just ANY Groomers with our pet. It was just our worst and unlucky experience for trying out ‘Professional Groomers’ for the first time.

So I’ll just leave this review here for those new paw parents who would want the best for their paw babies. We learnt our lesson the hard way.

They arrived right on time as promised. They took care of my dog. Very convenient as they have their own grooming van. My dog also received a very cute and lovely haircut. Highly recommend this place!

After being a regular customers and because of canceling my appointment because my daughter went to emergency the night before, they decided to accepting my bookings unless I pay them in advance.they also dont have an online credit card payment option you need to only transfer money although they are punishing their customers

Our dog had been scared to our previous groomer, Jacob (our dog) usually get scared whenever he sees the groomer.
But Mr. Clipper's are more caring, he's playful around the groomer. They patiently removed his tangles everywhere in his body. I RECOMMEND THEM DEFINITELY.

We used Mr Clippers Mobile Grooming for our fur child few days ago and we were happy with the results - we watched how gentle and professional the groomer is. He is not in a hurry and making sure that we will be satisfied with my fur child's haircut. We also heard from the groomer that they are well compensated and the company cares about their welfare, that makes the groomer happy & feel valued. Keep up the good work!

Excellent service! It was the first time for me to use their grooming (before we had only nail clipping to try the company and already by then i was impressed!).
My dog is always super scared of grooming and this time he came back home so happy and wagging his tail. It was incredible seeing him that much happy!
Also the fur is incredible soft and the smell. WOW! Unreal! My son gave this the best description, saying: He is a walking deodorant right now
We definitely will be coming back next time and next time and the time after No looking back and using only your A+ services!

Probably the worst dog groomers I have used here so far. I had a bad groom last time and complained, and they promised to send a different groomer next time. However, the second time it was even worse. I don’t think the person they sent had any experience in dog grooming at all. One of the dogs looked like he had been shorn like a sheep, just chopped completely with some big bald patches as well. Absolutely terrible. I had to try and even up the cut myself.

Our one year and 3 month old cat has never had a wash before. We were greeted by a very friendly groomer and since we know our cat is a very gentle soul, we thought she would be traumatized by the whole experience. Upon receiving her back after a thorough but fast basic grooming, she acted like she never left the house. Her nails were clipped so nicely, she smelled so clean and her ears were cleaned and she was shaved around her genital area. She is a very clean happy kitty and looks amazing! Will highly recommend getting your pets groomed by them. It is so convenient that they stop by your home as everything seems far away in Dubai. We will make use of their service once a month!
