Zero rating service. All staff members are so lazy and unethical behavior. They don't work professionally and efficiently. It takes hours to come your turn.
There are 9 counters but no one working. You can see in the video.

I'm wondering nobody taking any action against these lazy bluffers. Even, the management of MSC Shipping is also sleeping and they don't care about the customers.
Horrible experience. Pls don’t go with this shipping company. Never faced these much waiting with any other shipping companies. 3 hours to collect a DO and Staff attitude and behavior is completely unacceptable.
Zero internal Correspondence, MSC is a big company i wonder the hiring approach they use to hire new talent, nobody knows how to solve a clients issue. Hapag is top on All, in regards to Customer Service.
Horrible customer services - they wont allow customers to speak when there are issues that require sensitivity and emotional intelligence plus they only send notices 28 days over due after you incur a huge bill
If theres is any minus stars option there, i would have gone for that. They are very unorganised and unprofessional. They clearly don't have any work ethics. It's solely their mistake if they are not able to collect the documents on time even after paying the charges. They are least bothered and free times are running out. They don't have proper system.
Kindly pls put additional person in your customer service counter and if possible add also anothe payment machine to accomodate your customers.it very inconvenient and take too mich time.people get angry and irritated.
Very Bad in customer service, They made wrong in DO, they mentioned arrival vessel name in the DO different than actual, due to this error Sea port container terminal not releasing the container.
But MSC is sleeping on their desk and no response at all.
Jeremy, absolutely right, if we want to extend the D/O for one day, because of this worst customer service of MSC at last we need to extend it for 2 days
I have a very good experience with MSC Dubai and the most professional person handling the issues with the customer’s is Ms. Hanan Hakimi [ UAE local employee] Import customer service manager.
Long queue and no social distance. Customers reach the counter by shifting from one seat to another. You can't leave your seat unless you inform the 2 gentlemen by your sides otherwise you lose your spot. There is no token machine at the entrance.
Too irritating service ever from a shopping line. No reply on emails.no calls will attend.no arrival notices nothing. Never experience such unprofessional service from any other shipping company.

I guess i read all these reviews late and fell into there trap, this is the worst ever shipping line with 0 customer service. Never ever do business with them. Have already Blacklisted them to ever work with in future.
Worst! Tried calling them and told me to email import department without even telling me what was the email just dropped the call. Also tried calling Dubai branch they again transferred the phone without even saying anything
Ridiculous staff and management. Telephone calls NEVER answered. Replies to emails 2-4 days later. Management openly doesn't care if they lose business. I've lost thousands of dirhams on A SINGLE CONTAINER due to their incapacity to carry out a simple task of issuing a DO. I will ask all my clients never to use MSC again. I believe in karma and I hope one day you all get a taste of your own medicine.

Msc dubai branch agent un very helpful staff.poor customer service.very disappointed.how u guys can have a loyal customers if you aren't willing to help.having very bad conversation with the indian manager who talk to the client harshly and mean, first the manager should be the source of solution and u should have a phone ethics u should listen and ask the caller first what they want & do not jump into conclusion that your client will ask you the same inquiries.will definitely not to choose mediterranean shipping line again.
This is the worst shipping line which i ever used or visited in my life
1. They don't have enough employees 2. None is available to attend the calls 3. Waste sales team those who don't know the rates and taking 1 week to get the rates 4. Nobody knows when is the ship leaving or reaching at destination, everything in God's Hand 5. Once the vessel sailed after 1 Week they will start take late BL without any invoices, if we are going to take the Bill of lading, only one person is sitting at the counter and managing 200 customers

Token is issuing only upto 11 o clock and we need to talk with sales person to pay the invoices which he don't know what is the OBL or Surrender BL 6. Total 4 Chairs they have and rest all other's need to sit on the floor to get his turn, they have very effective speaker of 10 $ and 16 Inch TV which is audible to all the customer's to know his number 6. Another main attraction is their washroom facility customer need to use fingerprint to use the washroom, if somebody requesting to use the cleaner is shouting and pulling them out 7. Regarding their online system, in all of their email one signature is there use our online system to book the shipment, if we are giving the booking online after one month they will send us the release for the container
THOSE WHO WANT TO GET THE SHIPMENT AT RIGHT TIME WITH RIGHT SERVICE DON'T USE THIS PATHETIC SHIPPING LINE MSC DUBAI

Very poor service and you have to wait 3 to 4 hours only for queue if you came after 11: 30.the customer service is very slow and ther token system and do Collection service is like a dinosaurs in world of Airplanes.
