Mubasher Cafeteria And Restaurant

We come here because we were just passing by, unfortunatelly this is our last day, from ALL the restaurants we have been, this was the best, Sao FAR! Even “a simple strawberry smothie” was DELICIOUs! So tasty everything! Very very affordable price , a loot of food and, again, best tastes ever! Food was fast, workers are very nice and super active and at the same time chill. Really, amazing!

I have been having regular snacks and tea for quite sometime now from this restaurant, they are always nice and welcoming.

However, I went for a dine in here not keeping much of an expectation but to my surprise I was blown away by the Mutton kebab I had. I was a bit apprehensive at first because usually I prefer kebabs from an Iranian/Arabic restaurant, however, they didn’t disappoint at all. The meat was juicy, the hummus seemed fresh and they offered cool looking welcome drink as well.

I would highly recommend this restaurant if you are close to the vicinity. Cheers!

I recently dined at Mubasher restaurant in BurJuman, and I must say, the food is excellent. The flavors are delightful, and the prices are quite reasonable. A satisfying dining experience!

I had a disappointing experience at the Burjuman branch. When I approached the counter for some evening snacks to go, one of the staff members was extremely rude. Initially, he told me to speak to a waiter, but I explained that I wanted takeout. His response was to abruptly ask me to speak in Hindi, which I don’t understand. I told him I only spoke English, and I questioned why I needed to speak Hindi in Dubai. His response was dismissive, stating ‘KALLIWALLI Dubai’ and insisting on Hindi. This encounter left me frustrated with the service.

I promptly approached the cashier and another staff member who knew me. They apologized for the behavior of the first staff member. In my opinion, individuals who display such rudeness should not be allowed to work in customer-facing roles. They can harm the brand’s reputation and customer experience

They have one of the best Hassan mathar in town. Make sure to have it. All their south Indian dishes are tasty too. I have been having food from here for over 2 years now and haven't disappointed me yet

So far, this is my favourite restaurant in Dubai! The food is great and not costly. Also the waiters are very friendly especially Mr. Zain, keep it up!

Very good place to stay, chitchat with friends while having chai during night time especially if you had a good service, friendly, smiling and very accomodating staff named Zain Ali who deserves this 5 star rate.

Worst ever restaurant in area in term of service staff is rude not coprative and treating you like you getting free food from them.

After taking an order they took 30 minutes to say the dish is not available.
Poor & unprofessional

First time to visit their branch near Burjuman last Sunday, January 15. For a family of 7, this place suits our budget We were given free juice in shot glasses while we wait for our food (I think it's watermelon-banana mix).

Their chicken charcoal is well-seasoned and juicy. It's a steal for only Dhs 50! We ordered the one with rice.

We love their mixed noodles (Dhs 19). Even the club sandwich is yummy (Dhs 12). Our daughters loved their toasted shawarmas (Dhs 6 each). We ordered 1 spicy and 1 regular. Our only boy enjoyed his burger with fries (Dhs 8) all by himself

We still had a lot of leftovers so we took them home for our lunch the next day

We dined outdoors as the weather is cool. I told one of their staff if it's possible to move farther the smoking area as it's too close to where people are seated. Many passers by use the area to smoke while having their Karak chai.

Customer service is superb especially Zain who took an extra effort to buy for us a big bottle of Mountain Dew from next door Palengke Grocery as they only serve soda in can.

I have patronized this restaurant and its about the best and most reasonably priced restaurants in the area! Their service levels are way beyond the others in the area and whats more is the quality and taste of their food cooked by authentic Indian chefs! Their outdoor dining section in front is manned by a super efficient Pakistani steward and has an excellent service and courtesy with a very friendly personality! Absolutely a treat to eat here and is packed always with various nationalities dining here ranging from Brits, Russians, Germans, Chinese, Americans and you name it they are here! The only down side is with the Filipino customers who dine in and take a long time chatting away even after dining depriving of others a seat to enjoy their scrumptious food! Keep it up!

Used to visit seldom, good ambiance and staffs are very friendly, welcome drink is yummy, quality food they serve especially mutton chatty curry and butter naan, I loved tandoori chicken too, totally good service and food compared to other restaurants, can be arrange small gathering too I will highly recommend Mubasher to all my friends and family, special thanks to mr murshid ️

Expected a lot from the chili chicken and fried rice here. The fried rice was almost like it was dipped fully in soya. And the chilly chicken had no spice or taste, almost tasted plain. The gravy wasn't at all reaching expectations. All the piece in the curry were hard.

The food is good but the service is pathetic. The restaurant staff have a major attitude issue and are unprofessional. I regularly used to order my lunch and dinner from this restaurant and used to ignore their mistakes expecting it to be rectified soon. My last order placed was delivered to me after 3 hours and when I complained back to the management they gave deaf ears. There have been several instances where I have been delivered the wrong orders. If you order for multiple dishes your order will be delivered in installments. The delivery boy will always get half the order. Your poor service has costed you a regular customer. I am never ordering from your restaurant again.

Today I went to the Mubashir restaurant and ordered a Fish Meal. First of all, I waited a very long time! Secondly, while the guy who was cleaning was sitting, he started pouring some red liquid from a plastic bottle with customers and began to wipe the floor! He did not clean but only smeared the dirt on the floor! Finally, my order was brought to me and I was hoping that my order was correct and I took it to the office.when I arrived at the office, I noticed that they slipped me vegetable meat instead of fish! I immediately called the restaurant and they said that now they would send me fmsh curry only. I agreed and warned them to bring it faster because my lunch break would end soon. I never received what I wanted. I specifically went myself to explain to them what I want. But still they didn't give me what I wanted.if you don't want to understand english or hindi then please trust the sign that the service is for malayalam speaking guest only. You ruined my lunch break! It is useless to complain about the boss, because he himself sits at the cash register and takes orders with payment.

Worst service, staff doesnt know how to follow first order first out! Waited 35 mins for a shawarma! If i could give negative five star i would!

A good place to eat snacks and tea corner, fresh juices and sandwiches. They have place to eat and accept the cards too. It’s close to medeor hospital.

Very bad service. Staff ask to leave the table. All the time gosping with other guest who was not in the reasturant guest. Staff let them seat Even though they did not order the food.

Rice taste was good but meat was the mixed one, some tender chunk and few raw meat not cooked well.
Overall - semi good food.

We stayed in the Holiday Inn opposite Mubasher and regularly frequented here for morning tea, dinners or even to have a chat. The staff is extremely helpful and amiable, amazing scrumptious food and the staff also incorporates any special requests. Over the course of 7 days we tried most of the things on the menu, the sandwhiches are delectable, juices good (you can request them to make them a bit less sweet), dal and roti are also really good. Definitely try the Kerala parantha and the Mubasher Sandwhich!

Moderate level. Noticed couple of times that service staff are more intrested into having conversation with the customers rather than concentrating on service. The Tea maker's attitude was very rude and doesn't respond properly. Seems like he has never learned what politeness means.

Exit 2? NO IT IS EXIT 1. OK now to the real issue. Went for lunch yesterday and requested some additional items (Papadam). Now any restaurant in Dubai would have served it with pleasure but let me tell you what these losers did. IGNORED OUR REQUEST COMPLETELY.can you believe it.requested thrice but they acted deaf.such a shame.informed the counter that we can pay for the extra pappadam.yes believe me we were ready to pay for a pappadam which cost 1.5 AED a pack in the market however the counter informed us that the pappadam is too expensive. Total ignorance from every staff.disrespect at its best. You guys shut the hotel and work elsewhere. Shame.never ever coming back. A very unhappy customer who had given you lot of business but regret the same.

Its a bad experience today visited to eat lunch asked some curry and pappad additional publicly telling u agree to pay additional charge then only it's shame ofcorse it's their business policy can be charged but not insulting way to declare that agree and pay

Not original Mallu food that you can find in small cafeteria and restaurants in meena bazar and surrounding areas

One of the worst restaurant which is providing worst services in Dubai, if you have 2 hrs for having a meal this is the best destination for you.

If you order green chilli chicken charcoal, they may serve black pepper charcoal, hahaha ha, tell twice and make it clear what you need actually. Foods are great.

Probably the best cup of karak tea I, ve had since Corona, neat and, good for early morning refreshment in bur Dubai

Located in burjaman near to burjuman metro exit 1 towards al seef, quality restaurants with professional and friendly staff, the restaurant maintain clean and hygene at it best, they have good breakfast, lunch and dinner menu which is economical to everyone. One must try chicken chetty curry with dosa.

Welcomed with strawberry with banana shake starter juice, tried chatti chicken curry, porotta, Mango juice tea etc. Food was very nice. Pleasing staffs. Almost 30 people can sit inside. They have social distance. Also have outside seating arrangements too. They deliver within 6 km radious. Very economical too. Their menu contain kerala food, charcoal, burger, shawarma, fruit juices etc

A good malyali joint on the main road with food at very reasonable rates. Had the the watermelon and cocktail juice here which was good.

Tea is ok ok. Not a fresh milk. I took Ginger Tea. He added Ginger Powder and it made tea very spicy. Not at all good.
