I was looking for ACME cups and was happy to find them on muddle-me. I needed delivery urgently so used the WhatsApp number to see if my order could get delivered in time. When I was assured it could be I placed my order online and it was delivered early the next morning. Thank you so much for the great service and keeping me updated! All staff were very friendly and a shout out to the delivery chap for being extremely courteous. RECOMMEND!

These guys are amazing. They went above and beyond any level of service that you could expect. I was only in Dubai for a very short time. Understanding my situation of living on a remote island with no post service and limited time they made sure I left with the spare part I required for my juicer which required a long drive to collect it. There are many who will sell you a juicer, but Muddle Me also have the spare parts and go out of their way to make sure that you get them. The most terrible service! Full ignore emails from customers. I have ordered aprons and paid 100% advance payment on 4th of November. Today is 19th of December and I did not receive my order yet. Despite that in the quotation was mentioned 3-4 weeks delivery time. Called to customer service, they said that aprons is still in production. 45 days passed and aprons is still on production. Why they ignored my emails no one said.
