Tried their Hyderabadi Chicken Biryani. It didn't have that amazing taste which makes you order a second plate.and tempt you to visit again with friends.

If this is their regular taste, I won't ever recommend it to anyone!

Went there twice with family visiting for holiday. Extremely disappointed by the food, taste and the availability of food items mentioned in the menu. Will never visit it again.

One of the worst restaurants, made me wait 40 mins in car just to get my order!
I have always had very bad experience with this restaurant, I will never order anything from them again.

Visited here with some friends. Really great service and food there was alot of dishes and variety.definitely worth checking out nice atmosphere and ambience

- Food was very average. We drove from very far to taste a good food but not up to our expectations though!

- Also me and my friend got some stomach upset later, after the dinner!

- Server need bit more training and also manager should ask servers to please change clothes regularly because they were smelly so much when he was taking order!

(We didn’t point out anything with names because didn’t want to create any problems for any workers! Feedback here is for improvements!)

Well not that great ambiance, very congested venue. Seem more like a dark kitchen than a regular restauran.

Food was okay, gravy for chicken was lika broth.starts were good, mutton dish was okay.

Great little place to eat! The veg dishes, were good! We had a couple paneer starters both were good, preferred the the grilled/sizzler dish over the 2. The portions were very big, we ordered rice and 4 a fair amount but there was still plenty to go. Service was also good from Mahtab Ali! Would recommend and go there again, when we are next in Dubai!

Update: Visited second time, they bit changed the way they serve non veg thali. Still good but liked the previous visit.

The food was delicious and service was really good. Mughlai tandoori roti is a must try- so soft and fresh. Special thanks to Amir, for the great dining experience.

Buffet was ok, wouldn't highly recommend it.

Experienced the dinner buffet on Saturday.
Below expectations. Taste was OK. They should improve the tikka items specially kebabs. Hire a bbq expert. Hyderabadi baryani should be spicy otherwise its not Hyderabadi. Serve the taste and you will see cutomers coming back.

The place was extremely amazing when I visited last December, but I was extremely dissatisfied when I visited Mughal e Azam today. The buffet offered almost all repetitive items made out of chicken and there was not much variety to choose from. Also, there was immense price variation compared to my last visit in December. The choice of dessert in today's buffet was also very boring, compared to what the restaurant usually opts for.
Apart from all this, there was a huge commotion, noise and confusion which also gave a very uncomfortable atmosphere to many customers who visited the restaurant today. I would like to suggest Mughal E Azam to provide a separate Party Hall for those who have gatherings and celebrations etc.
All in all, I was disappointed with this restaurant which had been one of my favorite restaurants.

For Indian this is Awesome ambience.delicious food. Friendly staff especially Indian Authentic test was lovely. BIRYANI is a must try.

Amazing Ambiance, Value For Money and Got a discount value on my first order:). However, they do not serve you with complementary papad before your main course meal and you have to personally request for pickle or onion cut slices.

The buffet was delicious, many varieties to try, their dahi bhalle was amazing, was missing jalebi with rabdi. Must try. Staff was generous and helpful.

I visited them for Iftar and found that found was satisfactory, there service was normal, but the sitting arrangement and serving area was too congested.

Loved their Afghani Kabab and Amritsari Fish Tikka.

Their Speciality The Delhi Korma Curry was out of this world. Highly recommend it.

Mango Lassi was on point. Not to sweet just refreshing.

Yesterday had a iftar over there, staff is having attitude problem I went to take briyani he said buffet is close I just started to have and very rudely he said buffet time is over and close the lights

If you are expecting a quality taste, it is not the right place for you. We wasted our money and time there. Really disappointed by the tase of Chicken and mutton handi. Hot and sour soup was so bad in taste. Talk about garlic, they were too oily. 15

A nice restaurant with clean preparation, however slow service despite just one or two customers. Probably they have more deliveries than dine in. Still would love to visit again for nice ambience.

Relishing, sumptuous with right aroma and it can be summed up as gastronomic experience. Must try on the menu being their Fish Tikka which will be a real treat to taste buds. Zaffarani Biryani especially mutton is yet another must have with succulent and juicy mutton bites and generous portion to fill upto your brim.
Overall a very good experience and highly recommended.

Food is good but the quantity is too much for us. It was our first visit and we were able to try out only two dishes on the menu. Price is Ok. And Waiting time is little high.

The food for exceptional and excellent service really enjoyed it. I would really like to thank sahresh for her assistance. She was very helpful and very punctual in regards to replying to all the inquiries.

The food tasted good. The ambience and service was also very good. They had good discounts and deals on lunch and dinner. A good place to try North Indian dishes. There is a big parking lot nearby with paid parking. Easily accessible from media city, Al Barsha etc.

I planned my kid's birthday at mughal-e-azam and was overwhelmed with their hospitality, service and food quality.
The decoration was awesome and food was superb. All my guests left happy and cheerful. The staff was supportive. Special thanks to Ms. Sahresh for organising such a beautiful evening. All the things went smoothly and her attention to details was laudable.

First time I ordered i was recommending this place to my friends but the second order today is so bad which is disappointing actually

I have been visiting the restaurant since it opening. They are doing well recently and I am visit often. The non veg Thali is good and worth the money. You should also try the weekend buffet which is too good for the price.

Overpriced. Quantity was very less compared to prices. They served mutton haleem like mutton curry. Not at all recommended.

It was a great experience where we enjoyed the best of taste and service.

Bought mutton qalouti kebab in this restaurant day before yesterday, it was so small in size but in the menu it was very appealing, they put misleading ads and images which is very disappointing, moreover the taste of the kebab was awful, it was full of chat masala. I raised a complaint, the owner called me yesterday and said she will quality check & do the needful for what happened, but till now no action on that.

Great food, nice people, convenient location. Ramadan Iftar was very good. All the dishes were tasty but Mutton yakhni pulao was the best!

Buffet was good, food was tasty n reasonably priced. Kebabs were soft n delicious. Sweet delicacies were mouthwatering. Ambience was good n decent

I visited Mughal W Azam restaurant after very long time this week. Previously when I visited for 3-4 times there was open unlimited buffet lunch with loads of items to choose from with great tasting curries, grilled options, kababs and biryani all amazingly delicious.
At the price if I am not wrong it was 30-34 AED and it was really great value for money. For me it was worth 5 stars for sure.
But this time I was disappointed to see the buffet option is no more due to the COVID situation I guess. COVID has changed so many things around us and forced good running businesses to change or shut down.
Thankfully this is still running and happy for that. I ordered non veg thali this time and I was bit disappointed with the thali what I was served. The whole thali had main large portion of chicken biryani with two chapatis and butter chicken. Served with this one pc chicken chapli kabab, one small chicken tikka.
Biryani was tasty but too much portion for a thali and butter chicken was bit sweet for my liking.
All in all 34 AED for this thali wasn’t worth for me and would never go back to this place for thali option.
Looking forward for them to start once again their open buffet lunch service.

New to Dubai but almost ordered close to 20 times?

Consistent taste, flavour and Quality (can feel the freshness). Quantity is good too.keep it up!

Have tried all types of kebabs, tikkas, mutton dum briyani, chicken briyani, chicken 65 - wow what a spicy tasty food, momos, fries rice. All are super hit in our home.

Excellent food. I have to say, I enjoyed every single bite of the meal in Mughal e Azam. Considering the quality, the price is reasonable.

Chapli kabab, biryani, haleema, fruit chat, laban and water and they will be offering iftar buffet definitely going to try it.

One of the Indian restaurant in Dubai Media City where u can enjoy buffet as well table service in veg and non veg food.
We ordered Spl. Mix Platter and Kebab Platter.
Spl. Mix Platter was of Chicken only.
Kebab Platter was of mutton but chicken was also there in it.
We also ordered Mutton Bhuna boneless and Butter Naan and that was great.
The butter naan was awesome.
The price there is reasonable and now they are offering 25% discount to all walk-in customers on their Dining Bill.

In Buffet there are limited options, No Drinks and on top of that some of the dishes were finished and no replacement provided.

Really good and qality food we had to night, nice atmosphere friendly staff. Azar who was inchage really showed good care of our us.

Good food, good service, Specially the mutton Qorma a must try. Reminded us of the qorma we get in old Delhi. Also, in dessert, Rabri was amazing. Overall a good experience.

This is a great restaurant, we had indian food here. The quantity and quality were both great and the food was very reasonably priced. The ambience is good and the staff is very polite, friendly and courteous. Definitely a must try, looking forward to my next visit!

So after initial bad experience we gave another try
and ordered from home and delivery was on time.

But to be frank it doesn't make any difference in perception of this restaurant. Packing was horrible curries came out of the boxes and sugar syrup of gulab jamun mixed with butter nan.

So we ordered Chicken Tikka Masala, Kadai Panner, Butter Nan & Gulab Jamun.

After cleaning this messed up still we tried to taste those sweet nans with curries and imagine how could the taste be.

By the end we were not able eat this and ordered from somewhere else.

Good but the chicken handi didnt look like one neither tasted like one biryani was good but not upto mark ambience is good with a feel of mughals.

Ordered fried rice and noddles while in the restaurant the food served was cold as ice. The problem with these restaurants are they don’t know to serve hot dishes when the ingredients are all ready made. They just put in pan and stir to serve without checking if it is hot or cold. They should remove such dishes from their menu if they don’t know to prepare. Earlier ordered chicken tikka masala and the chicken was raw and expired. They just destroyed the food quality and now I have to look for better option nearby

Five starts, the place is small but cozy. Decent ambience with some detailed interiors. The food is really of great quality and quantity. Thier Tikka, bbbq and kebab platters are must to try. Kimirchi flour is the best in the lot.

Seating capacity is limited especially if your group is more than 6 people. But the staff is very friendly and they will do their best to occupy you. Food is really delicious. Big parking area is behind if you cannot find it in front.

I feel this is the best restaurants in all Discovery garden area for North Indian Food plus place will also give the nice interior look with some informative stuffs on walls regarding Mughal families.

Foods are really awesome but bit expensive, which you won't regret later.

Only problem was serving time. They will take really so much time to get your food on your table (say arround 15mins)

To enjoy the mughal food experience this is the best place. With a beautiful ambience and service. Loved the starters, main, drinks and desserts.

The food is of exceptional quality. We had ordered for a small gathering at home. Mutton Biryani, Chicken Korma and Chicken Tikka along with veg starters and Naan. The food was delivered on time and piping hot. Quality was excellent. All of our guests enquired about the catering services. The Manager Mr Jagmohan was very friendly and courteous. Great work by the entire team.

Staff is good but no taste

After a long time we got a chance to stop to a hidden gem for sure to have that desi delicious Mughlai food after a long time. The quantity and quality surely was not a compromise at all. Although the place is surely small but the decor and service is totally up to the mark.
Starting with the refreshing lime soda and fruit punch. Then as starters we had chapli kebab and galouti kebab totally amazing and perfect balance of spices.
Then was the mains 'Chicken Dhaniya Adraki and Nalli Nihari mutton ' perfect taste of Delhi food bringing back to the memory lane of perfect food served with fluffy fresh garlic naan and khameeri roti.
Then last not the least ended up with the delicious Gajar ka halwa was lessen in sweet, should be more in sweetness and their special kheer totally delicious ending with a grand meal.

We visited the place once and ordered a take away. The food was delicious. The staff was very cordial. The space available for dine in in a bit less but considering its a new restaurant, it's understandable. Ambience of the place is good. Overall good.

Although the first visit was decent, the second time at this restaurant was a disaster. We got served uncooked chicken!

Very congested place. If u go 6-7 people than u can't manage to sit. Staff looks tired and not interested.wash area is very small. There was an air cooler. They don't keep big water bottles. Only small water bottles are served. Food quality was not great. Bland food.

Best chicken food, I have tried all restaurants nearby but this is where I got very good chicken.

We walked into this place for lunch, on a whim - and boy were we happy we did. The food was spectacular. We ordered a biriyani, butter chicken and naan. The chicken was fresh - this is important because in many places, they cook/recook old chicken and it is evident in the taste. The biriyani rice was perfectly done, with each grain separated. The naan had great consistency and retained softness even after the heat had dissipated. We’d definitely recommend this place.
