Muji's staff in Mirdif City Center get irritated when they get customers in the shop. I have been there 3 times, each time there was some service failure because the representatives are clueless.
First visit, it was different (higher) price charged instead of the tagged price. Second time, it was wrong price informed by staff. Came to know only at the counter. Third time, asked the staff for help to get the item which was on display. Due to previous experiences, double checked at the cash counter where the staff said it was not the same item.
The supervisor instead of apologizing just brushed it aside saying it's okay and another staff saying its a mistake what is there to complain.
In all honesty, everyone can have a bad day. That’s human. But it doesn’t change the fact that customers should be treated with respect. Clueless representatives make us customers miserable, while unhelpful reps frustrate. And when their problems fail to be acknowledged no words to describe.
Loyalty hinges on delivering the best customer experience which this Muji shop does not.
Very bad service here. We come to Muji because of the brand and quality but the staff who work here are very unfriendly said that if we try it’s very hard to pack again. Because of their laziness that we cannot try what we really want to buy? The ship gonna close soon if the customer service still like that. Shame!
I'm raising this incident to the consumer rights.worst thing ever, they put false prices and when you go to pay they say no that's a mistake. I saw one medium PJ for 150 aed and 70 CAD and when I went for the large one found it for 250 AED and the same 70 CAD.when I went to the cashier to ask, first she was confused then said its a mistake, I asked her which one is the mistake? She said the 150 price one, I asked why? She had no logic reply. I was going to buy another item but because of that misleading incident I decided not to and never deal with that store again.
They have very good collection in the shop and they have buy 1 get 1 offer. I used to buy dress item always from midriff branch the staff are friendly and they suggest for the best one. Even I go with my kids they care well super place to have good quality of dress.
I wasn't happy at all with the manger and the staff how they deal with a situation happens earlier, my little baby broke to 2 bowls only by accident while he's in his trolley, I understand this is my responsibility but they charge me 100AED for the broken items and they didn't have a policy to deal with that or any thing to make up for it. Even the manger she didn't get anything to say to us. This should be treated differently. Make up for it, have a clear sings to clear their responsibility, even better to fix the shelves in away not make it easy to drag things and break it, I will never visit this place or recommend it to others and I hope they look at this and I wish this never happened to anyone.

The place is nice and they have lot's of nice things and ideas for organizing stuff at home, they are overpriced when compared to other shops that sell Japanese products, I was looking for a soap dispenser and fount it at Muji for 35 dirhams, then I got it from another Japanese shop in the mall for 7 dirhams, and they look exactly the same.
MUJI Dubai is undoubtedly not real MUJI The store is dirty, and products are full of dust and staffs are careless. Of course, what can you expect in Dubai?
Items prices are higher than in Japan and Asia, but the store quality is much lower.
