My name is Deundara Malaka. I was there earlier to channel a doctor. The nurses allowed 3 patients who came after me. I was really sick with a high fever. I asked them why did you let them go before me then they said I am supposed to go to this doctor.but when I first went to the counter the lady asked me is there a specified doctor who You want to channel? But I said any doctor who can look at my condition as soon as possible.but nurse who was there she had taken 3 patience before me. I said it's really unfair as I am really sick. She was telling me everyone is sick but I told her they came after me but she doesn't want to agree that what she has done is wrong.when they were calling other three of them before me I went to the counter and ask when is my turn that time my papers was ready but she didn't call me. I don't want this to happen to any other patient please ask your staff not to favour the patience with their own nationality Kerala. I am frustrated

I liked everything here. High-tech equipment, a laser scanner, 3D manufacturing of a cerconium crown. Punctuality, reasonable price. The most important thing is the professionalism of the dentist Aysha and her assistant. Thanks to them.

Had called to check for IV service at home as it was an emergency case and the clinic declined the request. Despite mentioning the medication and prescription would be provided by the hospital we are currently admitted in. Pathetic way of dealing with someone who is sick and in need of immediate medical attention. Also mentioned to the person that we stay right across the building next to the clinic and it was only a matter of concern to connect the IV to the person.

I went to this clinic with a problem of toothache. In a few sessions, I had a nerve removed and a new filling was put in. Doctor AYSHA and her assistant proved to be professionals in their field, I was satisfied with this work.

Very long time in waiting. 30 minutes waiting just incode name in the system, 45 waiting for consultation, 50 minutes for approval.and this waiting i came with less patient.not fully satisfied

I had a recent visit at the Multicare Center Al Khail gate for the tooth cleaning and it was really awesome. Dr. Kavitha was the key person for me. Not only the treatment but also the prayers, care and love was felt and gifted to me. Thanks a lot to all staff for your support including reception staff and dental assistants.

However, requesting you to reduce the charges as it looks more high which is not required. Customer satisfaction is also more important and the prayers of the patients which makes worth much more better to grow and coem up.

It was near to our place so that the reason we came here but end up with one of the worst service. I better recommend prime hospital (near al safa metro station) as they were very professional with their work.
1. Its takes lot of time and their were very less people
2. The receptionist was look as we came to provide service cause they were waiting for us to speak. We said hello but replied hello and was waiting us to speak its was very odd moment
3. Nurse they maybe never know about customer service and how it should be provided
(unprofessional)

I had a wonderful tooth check with the dentist doctoer kavitha.i under went a root canal treatment and placed a zirconia crown too.my teeth looks very natural like original. It was a very interesting experience.

Imagine waited 1 hr just for check up with only few people. And also requested the doctor for the vitamins, eventhough Ive explained many times that it is covered from my insurance. But still she did not wrote on my prescription. Its the only avaialble medical centre here in Al Khail thats why I dont have a choice, otherwise I will not come here again. Never recommended

I have been there recently (19/02/20) for tooth extraction. After inspected by Dentist Ms. Kavitha who had sound idea about what has to be done at that time and extracted the tooth very gently with clear explanation. Most importantly she made sure that she extract tooth with out breaking even it was rooted to the bone. I had some experience with dentists who average kind with but Kavitha is beyond and above her profession as a dentist who really appreciate to. I recommend Kavitha for any dentistry requirement which you should not think twice.
