I am regular and royal MMW customer since more than 10 years and been relatively happy customer most of the time. But now I have to admit my previous experience was not pleasant. I left my car into regular service (oil, both oil and ac filters, spark plugs and also check break pads thickness) on Thursday morning that I had also booked in advance. But I have to wonder how come it takes till next Monday afternoon when service advisor informed me my vehicle is ready for the pick up? Despite garage being closed on Saturday, it was still half Thursday, full Friday and full Sunday between.

I am not sure now if the final amount in the invoice is linked the time my car spent there at the garage, because it was definitely not cheap service!

EDIT: garage manager called me after my post and deeply apologized from their end for the small confusion as my car was done already earlier than Monday. Thank you for the call workshop manager.ä

Very poor customer service. Went for a service and brake pad change Twice. The lady who served never got back to me. Second time a very unfriendly and obnoxious Filipino guy served me. He got back to me with a quote, but almost twice more expensive than the garage opposite them.

I won’t recommend them.

The Service was prompt and straightforward. Updates are provided on the status of the job. Feedback on the concerns that will require attention and repair were all provided, including safety issues. Car was delivered back on time and as promised. Joyce did a wonderful job to assist me all the way. And provided a really great service experience. Thank you so much. We always obtain a very good quality of service under the hands of Joyce De Jesus (Service Advisor), she provides excellent repair and maintenance service to our cars that is why we kept coming back to Munich Motor Works.

I ask them to quote for me the medium service for my Porsche.
At the Porsche it was 3900aed.
It took them 3 days to tell me the price, I told them I didn’t need major things and only normal medium service. They send me a quotation for 11,430.00 aed for things they don’t even know I need! They didn’t say bring it and we can check! They automatically assumed and send me an outrageous quotation! So be careful please!

Friendly staff, was quoted AED720 for a minor service online but turned into AED 978 in person. Told it would only take an hour at most, but I ended up waiting nearly 2 and a half hours to get my car back.

I brought my Boss car for engine light on.although we waited for the parts from Germany it's worth the wait because the car is running perfectly now and we are very happy with the updates and care of Ms. Joyce.she updates us evertime!

This is the most professional BMW workshop in Dubai. I have my 750 serviced there for the past 3 years and have received excellent service every time. The owner is at the workshop everyday and takes great care of the customers and the employees which is very important. Like Sir Richard Branson says "take care of your employees and they'll take care of your customers". I find this very true at MMW.
Take your precious BMW there. You'll not regret it. The staff is very knowledgeable and we'll trained.

Gave my car in to have the engine checked. The car was working fine and drove smoothly. By the time I got it back the AC was busted, and the engine momentarily stalled and quit whilst I was driving. They messed up somewhere in the process of reaching the engine to inspect. Quite clearly they did not care to do the job properly. I would not recommend at all. Furthermore, the staff and "management "are unprofessional, to the point where they don't address the issue that the customer is bringing up. Instead they respond to the customer reviews by pointing out whats wrong with your car. Heres some advice to the establishment: If a customer brings in a car to have checks done, simply tell them what needs to be resolved. Oh and while you do the checks on the car, don't mess it up even further in the process. But I doubt you'll take my advice.quite evidently you will waste your time replying to negative reviews as apparently your not very good at what your actually meant to be doing,

Amazing customer service, best place after dealer for all German cars. It's pricey, but worth the money. There service is as good as the dealer, and cheaper ofcourse.

My starter was changed and turbo was changed, but it was such a mess, people had no idea what they were doing. Am not satisfied honestly. They kept my car for week there. They said smtg then it was different and nobody was on the same page.

Excellent service and very professional. My service advisor, Rbe, is always there to answer all of my questions patiently and with good information. He has a good understanding of BMW issues and always advises the best way to go about correcting them. Great shop!

I brought my BMW for A/C Repairing but other things were found broken down in the Engine. They took care of everything in couple of days and it was done very efficiently.
Joyce was a delight, keeping me in touch on WhatsApp everytime!
It's a bit pricey, but the service is top notch.

My BMW Z4 had a very problematic computer fault (even official BMW was not able to fix it). They tracked each fault until they discovered the route cause. Then they asked me if I wanted to order a new part or they offered to search a refurbished part for me. I’m very pleased from their standard and their professionalism. They were the only ones able to fix this nightmare that no one else was even able to understand.

I was using their services for almost 2 years. And in the end i regret it. Went to do service and to fix engine mounting and transition mounting and more things for constant vibration, and their prices was very high (especially Labour they charge ridiculous price. So i decide to go and try cheaper places, and than they return my car in worse shape than before. Vibration went more and more over past 3 days in your shop? Really? Tyre pressure signal went on also. Prices are very high and you see what they do when you refuse. Try with other places as prices and services are lot better, i unfortunately trusted them over this 2 years. Now i see i would save a lot of more money for same or better service in other places.

They are very professional people. My engine was giving some problem.they fixed every thing in 1 hour in good price. Thanks guys.

Great place very professional staff and the garage was impeccable (almost at par with the AGMC service center). Was assisted by Mr. Rbe who assisted me in everything, got the quote done and later with very good pricing and had the work done right. I had been taking my car to the dealer all this while and the workmanship is at par with the authorizes dealers. Very satisfied and highly recommended.

I have a F33 and I love my car, so when I had some issues with my electronics I knew the best place to take it is at the dealer, AGMC but what they asked for in price was crazy, however I knew when it came to electronics and faults taken it outside the dealer as very risky. As I did some work before with Munich and knew the customer rep Jay. I thought to give it a try on something basic. They did not disappoint, there after I handed my car and saved some money versus the dealer and got a very personal assistance round the clock.

Jay the customer rep assured me and was very honest with me, to the point where he would advise me what is best even if they did not get more business from me.

What are the faults of Munich they do take a bit more time than the dealer but thats okay as they get the job right and I think they work with external BMW experts where they lack the knowledge. I guess thats good since it means they have a good network.

To the point, good prices, excellent customer service and a moderate turn around on your car.

I completed the purchase of an Audi A5 from Munich Motor Works a couple of weeks ago and what a fantastic experience it was working with Dan and Ken. From the moment you walk into either of MMW's facilities, you gain a sense you're in a professionally operated business. The maintenance facilities are clean and well organized, the showroom is immaculate, the hand-picked cars are all top quality, and not least, the sales and office staff are friendly and helpful.

After providing a down-payment, we handled the rest of the sales and payments online and Dan arranged to have the car transported to Abu Dhabi to complete the registration and licensing (it had already been inspected). Abid arrived a bit early, had the car offloaded and ready and escorted me through the registration process. 30 minutes later, I had plates on the car and was on my way. Super easy!

Now having driven the car for a couple of weeks, I can say I am extremely pleased with the car. The fact that MMW sells only the highest quality cars really shows.

The great thing, for me, about MMW is that the service staff listen to your problem and know their stuff. It's a good feeling to know they understand as only then can you put it right. A real plus was to go on a test drive with the service manager and have the opportunity to explain what the issues are.

Once understood the problem was fully sorted and in a very reasonable time frame at a reasonable price. You cannot ask for more than that.

I would not hesitate to recommend them and shall return for servicing and any other issues I may have with the car (BMW X6M) - first time I used them. I shall not use the main dealer again who are not at the level of MMW to me.

They bought my car and ask them for the new registration copy as a proof for the insurance refund but they ignored me!

Incompetent and overpriced. I gave them two weeks to fully fix my car. They fixed half of it but said it was fully done over the phone without any mention of the other half. I come to pick up and I ask why the car isn't done and they say it was because I hadn't approved an estimate. A complete mess of an operation and I will never take my business here again.

I was really struggling to find good and reasonable BMW service center in Dubai. The first day they dealt with my car very professionally to diagnose the issues my car was facing and came up with a quotation of AED 10,000 for my BMW 523i at first Which i refused then I selected only below parts and they quoted me AED 4900.

I had no other choice to leave the Car for service. They told me it will take 1 day in specific. The next day I called to follow up to pick up the car they said still the work has not been done and your brakes are making some noise hence we are checking and shall get back to you. Luckily they got back and advised to change brake disc to reduce the noise and quoted AED 1300. I said to go ahead coz I had no option since the noise was too much after they change the breaks which they mentioned on call. I really don't know what was the issue exactly and I never knew that 1 day will turn into 4days of servicing.

When I picked up my car it was running smooth and I was very happy then after a week again the noise started while applying brakes and I was very disappointed that even after paying AED 6100 including AED 1000 labour Munich team could not fix the issues. I had to re-visit the service center at 8 AM on Saturday and explained to them about the issue. Again they took my car and said they ll return next day after fixing. When I went next day they did not charge me anything which is impressive and said they have changed some rubber as a gesture due to which the brakes were making noise and they guaranteed that issue have been sorted.

Yet again next day I hear the noise while I turn my vehicle and apply brakes. Soon after a week my coolant level also started becoming low which earlier was perfectly Ok. I had to refill twice and maybe I drove just about 30kms it shows that coolant level is low again. So basically till date the brake issue has not been fixed and I am just going back n forth to service center wasting my time. And the new issue of coolant leakage occurred which was never there earlier. Air Mass filter was changed to stop the needle triggering which was from engine - until 2000kms it was fine, now again the issue has become worse.

Really disappointed with the service and very high pricing. Shall never suggest anyone to go and spend their hard earned money.
