One of the worst services ever! Extremely slow and inefficient, and they take forever to answer your questions on their WhatsApp account, if they read your messages at all. It’s been 10 days since I contacted them the first time to fix my oven and I just asked them to give me a date for repairing it and all they can say is “asap”! Sorry but asap is not good enough after 10 days of waiting, and you should be more precise with your customers.

I recently purchased an Elba Cooker. The installation and staff were on time for delivery professional and friendly. I would highly recommend MVP to my friends and will sure visit their showroom soon:)

Bad service, bad communication, slow turn around time and incompetent staff.
They changed a PCB board in my microwave only to break down a couple of months later and I had to pay them again to fix the same issue. When they returned it the microwave didn't fit inside the cabinet anymore. I am still trying to solve this myself.

Be very careful when you dealing with this company! I was been told I must transfer the full amount of the kitchen hood price plus installation plus VAT then they will organize the delivery and installation. I did one week ago and sent them the transfer details! Until now they are keeping telling the account haven’t received the payment! What the ridiculous service!

I don't recommend this unreliable company. They offered me to repair a Liebherr fridge. They proposed to provide a quotation for a price of AED315. Unfortunately, it seems that they are not able to provide any quotation for the brands they display, I don't even know if they have the contacts with the manufacturers displayed on their website and they now request me to pay the quotation fees in order to take back the defective unit that belongs to me. It's a pure scandal. They cannot issue a quotation and they claim for the quotation fees! I belive I'm dreaming.
I'll start legal action immediately.

Questionable service, playing games, call the mobile for Dubai - the line is busy, they advise they will call back via text, and then they don't. When you try the phone back it is no longer available. Advised of query through what's app, every time I ask for an update, they advise that the that they are checking the stock. 1 full day later, I check back no response. AVOID THIS COMPANY! You will just end up wasting your time!

Large variety of products, excellent customer service, very responsive to all needs. Bought fridge, oven, freezer, microwave, hob, sink, mixer, dishwasher, everything from here. Always answer my needs and come by very fast in case of any problem. Highly recommended. Thank you to the team.

Incredibly unprofessional customer service. MVP came to collect my Elba dishwasher to fix a broken spring in the door and I was surprisingly told I had to pay 160dhs upfront, which included the repair cost itself. After waiting for 3 days customer service tell me they can't fix the dishwasher and will return it broken. When I requested the 160 dhs back, considering they didn't provide any service, they state they can't, and refuse to reason. Scamming business model to take a customers' money without providing the promised service. In addition, they are taking their time to return the dishwasher. Avoid at all costs, there are other professional companies out there.

Purchased a brand new electrical cooker, which came defective from the manufacturer. They refused to replace it under warranty or refund it, and claimed they would only accept to repair it, even though it was brand new and defective from day 1. Once I kept pushing them, they suddenly invented the story that I had “scratched” the item, which was completely untrue. Their engineers had previously stated that the item was in perfect condition, apart from the defect.

I would avoid them at all costs in the future. Dishonest and arrogant communication with all their managers, not a pleasant company to deal with from my experience.

Good prices, great selection, money-saving deals with quick to respond and professional service team! Kudos!
