There is not a better place where our beloved furry babies could have spent the last 3 weeks. In MY BUDDY PET CARE, they received all the attention and care they needed whilst we were outside. There they enjoyed an amazing season, met a lot of new buddies, played a lot in the safest environment and received their food and care 24/7.
We were updated on a daily basis and every time we asked for anything, we obtained an immediate response.
The pick up and drop off services were similarly outstanding.
In summary, we will never consider any other option for our babies other than My Buddy Pet Care while we stay in Dubai.

Terrible communication. Asked for price, nobody called me back. After calling again, they sent broken information.how can I trust to leave my pets there knowing the communication gap overall?

My puppy loves going to My buddy! He has a special bag that we put on his meals and toys, so everytime we take it to get him ready, he already gets super excited! The staff is nice and friendly, very caring and always send the best photos during the day so we can see the dogs playing. Grooming is also good and fair price! Would strongly recommend

My dog had a great time at My Buddy Pet Care. He really enjoyed himself and the staff is really kind and hardworking. They would send us loads of videos and pictures everyday.

8 times dog walking, it’s a good experience! Pet sitter is responsible, send me photos and videos everytime. Change water and food, care about pet. I will buy this service next time.

Left our 2 retrievers there for a month and we get videos and photos every day. They were healthier and happier than when we dropped them off. Have no issues leaving them again. Very entertained every day and made lots of friends. 1 dog is disabled and looked after perfectly.

Very bad place for dog care, my puppy was drenched in their dirty water twice, we had to give him a bath twice to get rid of the stench as the whole house was smelling awful. I have no clue as to why they clean their premises when there are dogs available for day care

We have used My Buddy Pet Care on many occasions for overnight boarding for our three dogs. They are a wonderful team. They take such lovely care of our dogs. We highly recommend My Buddy Pet Care for dog boarding. The staff are kind and friendly. They have got to know our dogs very well and always greet them with smiles and warmth. Our dogs have a great time while boarding. They have lots of play time and interaction with other dogs. We are very pleased to have found My Buddy Pet Care. We know that they love and care for our dogs the way we do at home.

My dog Sheikha went for boarding for 2 weeks and it was such a good experience to her. My buddypetcare keeps on updating the owner everyday, with pictures and videos! Truly recommended they are very professional handlers for dogs. My Buddy Pet Care you are amazing team. They took care of Simsom our dog during summer for 3 weeks. They are supper gentle, they sent updates everyday, they were super great. They even manage to take him to his vet for a check up and got him back to the facility. I was super impressed by their service. I highly recommend them. We took our dog to stay at this place for 12 days. They bath him so when I came to pick him up all his head was wet, when I asked why the reason was that he doesn’t like the hairdryer in his face. He lost 1kg during his stay and also got sick, flu and eye infection. The same day we had to take him to vet. I believe they have to many dogs and they can’t take care of them properly.

They do a great job at reassuring you that your dog is important and cared for- my lil pup loves it there!

This is the second time I’ve used My buddy Pet Care, I get daily feedback and feel like Koda is in an environment where his safe and having fun I started taking Koda to Daycare as he doesn’t have other dogs he can play with at home previously he would be more interested in Humans than playing with other dogs. Now Koda gets excited when he go’s to Daycare. Great things is when he comes back his so tired and just wants to sleep Love this place and would highly recommend them for taking care of your 4 legged babies ️

Had my pet boarded in their facility overnight. They took great care of my pet and it had a lot of fun socialising. The facility could be a little improved but it's super clean. Everything else is perfect.

This place is no. 1 for my pet. The service is amazing, and the professional staff is always ready to help. This is where you indulge your pet. The cost of the packages is so reasonable. I also use their daycare service a lovely playtime to my pet. Highly recommended.

I went to the place and the manager made no attempt to even say hi when she entered the store and we were standing there. They have no idea how to read a vaccine report, they have no outdoor area for the dogs and they walk the dogs in the industrial area. They are also in a very cramped location and the staff though nice do not know what they are doing. I would not trust my dog with them ever!

We have been sending our dog Lumi to My Buddy Pet Care regularly for more than 1 year now and find the team is very trustworthy, professional and attentive to each and every dog. We are very relieved to have mybuddy as an option for boarding and day care as our dog's passion in life is playing, playing, playing, especially with other dogs.

My puppy recently stayed at My Buddy Pet Care for five nights while I travelled, and I can't recommend the My Buddy team highly enough.

This was the first time I was leaving him for the first time and I was a little worried at first, but the team soon put my mind at rest, and I felt confident leaving him in safe hands.

Unfortunately it was the worst experience. The team showed high flexibility when it comes to the pick up and drop off my puppy but after I paid I were surprised that they are not at all.
Hygiene wise, my puppy caught a virus twice and he went under medication for two weeks every time.
The most annoying part, they did a very short hair cut to my Maltese puppy and we were down for almost one week.
When I tried to speak to the manager, she was very defensive and sarcastic and didn’t know how to handle my frustration.

My Buddy Pet care is nothing short of amazing. They're responsive and as accommodating as they can be. They really do care about your pets and are so friendly. They don't charge crazy fees which is great. My dog seems to love going to daycare at My Buddy. The grooming services are also on point.

I took my pet dog for basic grooming and I am completely satisfied with the quality of service and the friendliness of the staff. Also, they ensure that your pet is vaccinated before accepting. Make sure to call them and book appointment before taking your pet there. Usually they will be busy and I would say it is best value for money. Only negative is that it is far from City.

Great team with lots of love for Dubai's cuttest paws. They also help find homes for those unfortunate which are in need of a loving family.

Overall, I give this place a 5 out of 5 because they helped me through a really hard time. And the most important one involved, Luci, was completely happy with all the staff and enjoyed every minute of it. I am really glad to know I have a reliable place to go to if I ever need day care or boarding again.

My dog loves it here and that is all I need. I like the groomers of RoyalPaws where my dog is happy to come in and happy to go. They always know exactly what I like.

The holidays are always a stressful time for me since I do a lot of traveling. I usually rely on friends or neighbors to pop in and check on Tom, however this time a friend sent me to RoyalPaws.
Tom spent few days with them. He did'nt want to come back. Lol I had to drag him home. Good work guys.

When Jake was young and very frisky (he still is, I suppose) the young man who dropped him off at my house every time made sure that Jake was indoors and settled comfortably upstairs before he left. That was so considerate of him, and I was very appreciative.

I have had my dogs board here and have been pleased. My dogs come home tired and happy. I will keep on using them.

Boarding is very affordable and it was a great experience for my dog. My dog was very happy to come back.

Good place. Very easy to find. Prices are the best and they update you everyday about your dogs.

The facility is also really clean - you can tell they take pride in that. My dog has gotten pink eye at another facility. And I love having her nails clipped when I pick her up - this is definitely an essential service!

Wonderful grooming. They have pick and drop services which are very punctual even though i changed the time twice. They were very accommodating and work really hard for customer satisfaction.

My dog has parttime play in the daycare when boarding and attends daycare occassionally for fun. She is timid (and, therefore, defensive with other dogs) ; the staff is attentive to her needs, making sure she's with calm dogs and has a place to retreat to if overwhelmed.

I love the care and time taken to Groom my big boy. He looks great now with neat coat and nails. Thank you guys for having done a wonderful job on him.

I love this place because I don't have to worry when I'm at work or away for the day. I know my dog is playing or relaxing or just enjoying time with a pack. And I know that when I pick her up and take her home all she is going to to do is sleep. That means I can go out, run errands, or just have a night off from dog walking duties. It's great.

Good and very close to home. There are no other centers close to mirdiff.i am so glad they have moved their branch here.

This facility has great benefits for me - mainly that the dog gets lots of social and play time. I have a 70lbs lab who needs social time and play time and this is great! They supervise the dogs and since my dog doesn't like aggressive behavior in other dogs and can tend to get picked on they make sure she is happy and safe.

Our dog is part of our family, so I was nervous leaving her in the kennels.
I have no fear now, RoyalPaws Dubai are GREAT! The kennel is indoors with good Play Area and metal cages for large dogs and small. They also have separate area for Cats. The facility is clean, beautiful and staffed with wonderful people.
