I recently used this service to replace my phone battery, and I'm extremely satisfied. Not only did they efficiently change the battery, but they also returned my phone earlier than promised. The prompt service and the extended battery life have significantly improved my overall experience. Highly recommended!

I gave them 2 chances, both traumatizing experience. Firstly I came to them to change the battery of my OnePlus phone, they gave me one that wasn't at all compatible and made the phone last 30min before draining completely. They put a 3,000 mAh instead of 4,500mah.
Second battery replacement, when I was charging my phone and it reached 80% charge, then suddenly went recovery mode: only way to exit was to wipe all my data.
And all I got from them is refusing all responsability and not even offering a refund (which I don't want I didn't even ask for)
My phone was very good initially, just battery was weak but would have preferred keeping a weak battery than losing everything. Just don't go there, you better of just going to Minutes

Excellent high quality service. I thought my OnePlus 9 was dead after dropping in the pool but MyCelcare fixed same day. Phone is as good as new.

I had an old laptop which became very slow with multiple software's installed and I was using it as it was. Then 3 days ago my iPhone 13 pro max fell down and screen got broken. I contacted several repair shops but not satisfied or getting any convincing resolution for my laptop as I wanted to get both devices fixed from same place. So I contacted MyCelcare and the guy there was very professional and provided me with all the possible resolutions for repair. Offered me for same day repair along with free pick and drop service. So I decided to get their services. Each and every update was given to me on my WhatsApp while repairing is done.
In the evening, they contacted me and confirm address again for delivery and got devices delivered on another address that's much appreciated
Prices are very reasonable and many thanks for MyCelcare team for fixing my devices. Laptop is working very efficiently now and looks like I have brand new iPhone

I got my LED screen replaced on my I phone - it came back glitching electricity - it would go away so I just lived with it - then the glass separated from the LED and the buttons barely work - I took it back to complain and replace it - they said I’d have to buy a whole new LED screen for another 1500 - they use poor quality materials that break very easy - do not go there. I went to get my screen replaced.
I even got the six month warranty on it but they fixed my iphone with a screen that has touch issues.
They won't bother fixing it because touch sensitivity and abnormal ghost touches on the screen isn't a valid reason to fix my phone properly.

Edit: Will come by, I was sold the original OEM screen with 6 month warranty by the team at your front desk.
If they are selling something they’re not supposed to then there seems to be a miscommunication on your end.
Will come by to get my screen fixed.
If issues persist, I will raise this issue with the department of consumer protection.

Best service at the right price. Fixed my dell latitude 3510 battery issues. Fast, efficient, expert and has a great customer service. They also have home delivery so that you do not need to wait. Overall very satisfying. Definitely will come again.

The care and support I received from the team was exemplary. Even though we live outside the pick up area, they accommodated me with a neutral pick up and delivery point. I received the ipad in a very good turn around time with simple instructions to let the adhesive settle before use. All with a smile as an added bonus. Couldn't recommend My Celcare highly enough. My son broke the screen of his sixth month old MackBook Air. Within 24hrs the friendly and professional staff from My Celcare had provided a competitive quote for repair with genuine parts, collected the laptop, repaired and returned back to me. Very slick service and always very responsive to messages. Wouldn't hesitate to us them again, however, I really hope I do not need to. Thanks to the team for a great job!

Unprofessional staff. We waste 2 days coming there to fix iPhone X screen and we paid 700 AED for original - it’s quite high price when you going to NOT AUTHORIZED center.
First day when they changed the screen upon receiving the phone we found that text and any app, photo gallery, chats just living own life and scrolling up without any touch.
We gave it fix again, after 10 min we got “fixed” screen.
We went home thinking that everything is fine now and found out that same issue after 20 min.
But we came after night shift so it was too much hard to come back.
Even we choose this place by reviews and the nearest one. Even we were ready to pay EXTRA much as they offered - 700 AED.
So I was so much disappointed because next day after night shift I waste my time and money coming to this people.
They took phone to “fix” and they set me NOT ORIGINAL screen!
Luckily I read a little before about it and I found out that there is NO True Tone option which must be in ALL LCD screens.
This is just TOTALLY DISAPPOINTING.
Master is UNPROFESSIONAL and SCAMMED US as we are not that much smart to find out that it’s fake!

Well, refurbished phone and copy has a different meaning.
I bought online refurbished iPhone which has a warranty. And refurbishing was done by Apple.

Copy doesn’t have any warranty and big markets as Noon or Amazon would not cell such a this product.
It’s too fail and not professional blaming phone or customer if you couldn’t fix electronic devices.
Just say that you can’t fix it from the first time and rename your office to “fixing chairs” or whatever but not mobiles.

Replaced battery of Huawei P20. Got assured that the replacement battery is a good quality one, and price I paid is quite high. It turned out that new battery is worse than old one. Unfortunately I lost the receipt or this would be worth reporting to Consumer Protection Dubai

A friend recommended Celcare when my ancient MacBook failed. I'm so glad he did as their service was super friendly, efficient & quick. March update: got it done through axiom telecom sharjah for less than 100AED with a three month warranty hence very happy with the service.

Contacting My Celcare JLT was super easy and they were very hospitable and responsive in providing quotes. They were also very quick in picking up the item, providing value added service and completing the fix. Highly recommended.

The guys at My Celcare provided a great service. My Mac died on me during a software upgrade & had it looked at by another so-called Mac repair specialist. They completely damaged the Mac to the extent that it needed a new logic (mother) board. I then approached the guys at My Celcare & were able to replace the mother board within 2 hrs and had it delivered to me. Thereafter I discovered it wasn't charging & when returning to the store they detected the charging dock was faulty - they repaired immediately at no cost. Will definitely recommend.

Oneplus 3 Screen repair requested. No original part used, not mentioned up on request. Screen shows less brightness and complete different saturation. Poor processed, glue still visible. Not worth more then 500AED repair cost.

Mycelare got in touch with me, pushed me to delete this review. Offering of change was made but after 5-10 calls and half and hour texting with out any outcome I was too anoyed to spent even more time with this issue.

1. If you expect supplier issues with the screens you build in, why your are not checking before delivery. You had excess to the smartphone.
2. Why do Costumer have to detect poor prozessing, if you could do it prior to deliver (see picture) Either you think your work is good enough or you don't care!

Just do better job from the beginning next time and don't bother costumers later on.

I struggled to get an instant Nexus 6P battery replaced until I found this place and got it done in 30 minutes! Thanks MyCelcare for the revival
