Horrible customer service. They haven't delivered my product and haven't refunded the money yet. It's been more than 8 months and no response from the company. They just ignore my messages and are not even reverting back to my calls. Horrible experience and they have taken my money for no service.

Ordered for flower and cake but only flower delivered, cake was damaged and was promised for another cake by 6pm and on following up from my end the driver kept saying on th way till 10pm by which time we had gone out for dinner and when asked for refund or a new cake but was rejected. Horrible service must say.

But I received the call by 8: 44 that the person is reached to deliver.:) unfortunately he was reached before office opening timings. I told him to deliver it to my apartment but he was not aware of my home location.
He spent much time to find my apartment at the end i said deliver to ofc im now going there"
