Never ever ill order with this company again
We order some items from my green chapter they told us we can make in 1 week we are wait for that but after they sending msg to wait wait and they not give properly answer for that even they not answering call also
They should think this kind of stuff before take order…. Please don’t buy anything from My Green Chapter

I’m very happy out with the pallet cushions that I ordered. Cushions look great and are good quality. Product was delivered very quickly. I recommend this to anyone that wants good quality euro pallet size cushions!

Never seen that in Dubai before.
I have order a single item which worth more that 500aed, it’s been 2 weeks and I am still waiting and the customer experience is not only slow- I feel scammed as they have informed about the delivery date and no one came.

Bad customer service. The number they give you is switched off, they don’t respond to WhatsApp and regarding their delivery timeline it’s not even close to accurate.

Took my money, no side cupboard delivered. This is a fraudulent company. They do not pick up the phone or what's app, you can not get through to them via email. I have to raise this with my credit card as a fraudulent company, I will also do the same with their online payments platform. Unfortunately they have decided to mess around with the wrong individual

I ordered a furnitures with them, it was super earthy beautiful products! The quality is super good even the polishing of every pieces of the furniture
Yes! It may take a weeks but it was worth it! They have a fantastic team who give me a complimentary as they delivered it late.
I highly recommended them, they have friendly staff and driver! Kudos to this team!

Ordered a real Christmas from My Green Chapter. Ordering and payment process was smooth.
Tree arrived on the requested date, and communication was excellent.
Slightly more expensive than what is available in the hypermarkets but the delivered tree quality is far superior (taller, more bushy with zero bare patches).
Can definitely recommend.

Won't pick up the phone, won't respond to messages. No other way to contact them beside a mobile number. How does this company actually function?

This is a fraudulent business. They took money for a product that they have not delivered and keep blaming it on stock issues and yet they continue to advertise the same product on their website.

The order was placed on the 20th of September and cost 699.00 AED.

No communication or follow-up, endless chasing. They've taken a substantial sum of money and delivered nothing and do not respond to any communication.

NEVER BUY HERE, and don´t trust positive reviews below because some were from people with the same last name as the owner! It is impossible to get in touch with them, the delivery was scheduled and they never showed up. They owe me money and it´s impossible to talk to them to cancel the orders

We ordered a toddler bed a month ago and we are still waiting for the workshop to construct it. Overall, huge delays and bad communication. We have requested for a refund.

Awful customer experience. Please don’t give these people your money and save yourself the hassle. I ordered something for a project 3 weeks ago after 2 weeks it didn’t arrive so I emailed them to ask what’s happening they emailed to say they will check and will come back to me, they didn’t. Then I called to ask what was going on they said they would check and call me back. They didn’t. I then called again and was told they may or may not be able to deliver the item. I then called back again A few days later to be told they may have to refund me but will check and come back to me. They didn’t (can you see the pattern emerging here?) then I called again and was told yes it will be delivered in a 3 days time. It wasn’t. I called again and my call wasn’t answered then I got an email 5 mins later telling me they can’t deliver the item. I’m pretty sure this place is run by some pretty incompetent primates. Awful.

I have bought the play sofa and I want to say that it's more than what I have expected, the material and the mattress are very very very high quality, it was received as promised and the driver was super professional, he kept me posted with his location through live location share. The play sofa made my daughter very happy, it kept her busy and away from the tablet and TV. Such amazing and professional team, I highly recommend the play sofa to all parents with bored kids

Today i got the bed frame I’ve been wanting for a very long at their online website. Their service is very good, 100% accommodating and they resolve issues quickly. Most importantly the quality of their palletes are high end. I love it. Their indoor Plants as well are nice and looks exactly in their photo. Surely i’ll order from them again once i got a bigger space.

Ordered a pallet sofa 3 days before Eid holidays and they delivered within 48 hours. Fantastic customer service. Aileen is amazing at her customer service skills. Will definitely buy again.

Worst shopping experience I have had in Dubai. I was sold pallet furniture that is not even sanded or oiled, and some of it was replaced with composite. As I am trying to return them I am being told that it's because they were on 50% discount. At no point did they ever mention that the 50% sale meant you would not get the right end product finish

I should have read the comments before I order from them. Placed an order for a bench around 3 weeks ago and no follow up calls or delivery date. Spent a whole morning trying to call them and no answer at all. They then call me back to say they will deliver on the 16th of December and today is the 17th with no delivery in sight. You would think they would ignore a small order but mine was for 700 dirhams so maybe the owners do not care.not sure how sustainable this is in Dubai but never again.

Horrible experience after being a client for 2 years I have just been informed that the tree collection will not be done! They should have informed clients before the purchase was made! Ridiculous!

They promised I would be able to pick up my stuff in 3 days before my camping weekend and nothing happened and even as I write this they have not messaged or called, such a horrible service. Avoid them use Amazon or noon for better service

Terrible customer service. No response to my emails, no communication on delivery delays. The 1-3 day delivery time promised on website is not true. I still haven't received my order so can't comment on quality of product yet. Based on customer communications (or lack of!) alone, I will not shop there again, especially with so many better options in Dubai.

So disappointed in the quality of the Christmas tree - and delivered late as well. I really wanted to support a local business; now am totally regretting my choice and wish I bought at ACE or IKEA for a lower price! Please avoid the headache and poor quality and shop elsewhere. They are also getting lots of negative comments on Instagram and doing very little to explain or mitigate the complaints.

Disgusting service. So unprofessional & unhelpful, no rush to get things to you. Definitely better places to shop for plants in dubai with a way better service.
