I encountered significant challenges with their website and service delivery. Despite placing an order on a Saturday with the expectation of 'same day delivery', the item was not delivered punctually. Communication via their provided phone number proved ineffective as calls remained unanswered. Even attempts to contact them through Instagram yielded delayed responses. After persistent attempts to establish contact, I ultimately had to request order cancellation and a refund on Monday due to unresolved concerns.

Mohammed did a great job of understanding our perfume preferences and helping us with our purchase. Great salesperson!

I had a great experience. All the staffs are very friendly and helpful. They have awesome huge varieties of high quality perfumes.
