My Second Home

Edit: My little fur baby, Falafel, passed away this week. MSH graciously refunded the remainder of his daycare package. I cannot express my gratitude. They deserve everyone's business. Thank you <3

My Second Home has been great to me and my dog, Falafel. I live in an apartment. It is really nice that Falafel gets to go there on the weekends and roam around and socialize with other dogs. Shaun (the manager) and Kerry (the trainer) are wonderful, wonderful people. Kerry helped me adjust when I was having problems post adopting Falafel. I paid 20,000 aed upfront for their membership and had to leave the country less than a month later for a family emergency. They were SO thoughtful and helped refund my money until I figured out my next move. I know people say it is pricey, but it is a wonderful place with loving people who truly care about our fur babies.

My second home DIP is an amazing and perfect place for the pet. My dog Luna was too shy but she has changed dramatically. I so much appreciate all the kind staffs and Claya who is a Best handler, and Youenn who is a perfect trainer. I will come again for my dog for sure!

Toured the facility and in my opinion one of the greatest boarding facilities in terms of variety and size of play areas (indoor and outdoor space), rotation of dogs to avoid over crowding, super clean, organized and attention to detail. Great operation indeed. Wish I saw this place sooner.

Our Foxy was the scarediest little abused dog when we adopted him. He was timid even with us, not easily warming up for hugs and cuddles. He was VERY scared of strangers… The warmth and care he has received from the handlers of MSH has helped him to bloom into a happy boy with a healthy attitude towards people.

When Foxy was recovering from pancreatitis, the staff made sure to cater to his needs, and feed him small meals every three hours. They are so attentive that one time they even informed me of a minuscule scratch on his foot which I had not even noticed!

There is no other place we would trust with our Foxy in the UAE. Even though we live in Abu Dhabi, we do not use any other boarding or daycare facility.

Last but not least, the staff is always smiling, upbeat and genuinely happy to see our baby. This to me means that they are treated well by their management and I appreciate that.

We found our dog very well after his stay. He got a little infection in his private area, but it’s okay being there with hundreds of dogs. I hope to see bigger place for dog play areas and quicker customer service. Once our dog didn’t like to eat, they offered him eating chicken. All in all you can trust here.

Amazing care team for all the doggies! The only place I trust with our dog as there’s multiple doors to prevent run offs, two great out and indoor spaces and three pools and they integrate them into groups in an awesome way. My dog loves his vacations and comes home in great shape.

My dog loves My Second Home and they do provide a valuable service. Dogs are social animals.

Thanks to the founder and all the staffs of MYSECONDHOME. It’s the best place to drain out my Fandogh’s energy. Fandogh is my energetic beagle that by spending 7 hours in this place, sleeping 2-3 days at home. It’s very nice place, clean with good staffs there.

Lovely staff. Wonderful facility. They really put dogs safety and welfare first. They provide you with camera access to your dog’s room overnight. The place smells clean and is well taken care of.

I completely trust them with my dog. It was the first time we left him for 2 weeks and he has specific requirements. They went above and beyond and kept me in the loop. They have loads of dogs, but they really do focus on each one and make sure they have the exercise and care they need.

Such an awesome place for my pomerian that she considers it Her First Home now. The guys n gals there are true professionals and the facility is numero uno.

Every time I leave my bulldog in this kennel, she comes back with issues. She stayed here for a week in August, and when my husband picked her up, she had a gash on her face and her nose was scratched. They never informed us that she had been bitten/scratched by another dog. They apologized and we tried the service again last week. Upon picking her up, we noticed she had a swollen open fold on her face oozing pus. We always have to take her to the vet after she stays here.

I love bringing my fur baby here. He loves coming to play with his friends. I absolutely love the ladies at front! They are amazing and super friendly ️ the fellas who take care of my dog and others are pretty awesome too, thank you for all you guys do.

Great park for our two dogs with inside, outside and swimming areas. Lots of agility toys and the dogs always come back exhausted from a day's play!

Unknowledgeable trainers, they would love to show their european standards of training however, they are far from that.

My 2 dogs are always happy to go and they’re all friendly and extremely good educators. We love it

A special thanks to Shy, Maria and Lillian for the great communication with us (updates and photos) and for giving our kitties so much love and care. After the initial settling-in period, I could just see how happy Pips and Charlie were at their second home. They will definitely be back the next time we travel and I can definitely recommend the cattery!

My boy Jack loves ‘My Second Home’! I love to see jack so happy and playful at this dog park, he really loves it here and I myself enjoy being there just as much. It’s an amazing facility, well organized and clean. The management & team are so welcoming and friendly, very professional and there is always team members around to make sure the environment is fun & safe at all times.
I highly recommend this place for your dogs, they tick all the boxes and more.

I can genuinely say My second Home is my golden retriever’s most favorite place in Dubai! It is a fantastic dog friendly environment in every way. Regardless of whether Caesar is at daycare, in the dog park, in one of the pools, or boarding, I know and can see that he is happy and comfortable which is everything a dog mama can ask for. It goes without saying that My Second Home wouldn’t be such a great environment without its staff who - when you meet - you can see are real animal lovers. Major shout out to all the staff there but in particular Sean Parker Director of Operations! Thank you for taking care of my Potato!

I tried all daycare in Dubai always my dog ​​Alex is very tired and unhappy but when I tried my second home Alex changed a lot, he loves this place and learned a lot of things like swimming and some commands. Sean helped me a lot and he trained me with Alex without any fees because they don't care more about money than the client, the best place for dogs in uae.

If I could give this place 10 stars, I would! We have been happy customers of MSH Dubai since our dog Atheena joined our family in 2017. It has been over 3 years of great service and trust. Atheena loves MSH so much, that she runs to the caregivers everytime they come to pick her up. We have tried several different doggy daycare/boardings but there is a few things which stand out at MSH:

1. Extremly flexible with pick-up and drop-off
2. Very convenient and easy to arrange her daycare or boarding (all over WhatsApp)
3. Everytime she checks-in for her stay, the professional team sends me pictures in case they find something unusal.
4. Very loving and professional staff, they truly care. My special thanks goes to Sue and the entire front-desk team but also to all the staff at the back who are in direkt contact with Atheena. There must be a reason for her excitement when she sees those green t-shirts ;-)

I have and I would always recommend MSH to anyone who is looking for this service in Dubai! They also have excellent trainers, which we have used for our stubborn little one.

I've been taking my dog "Ruby" to MSH for almost two year now. I've never ever had any bad experience.my dog enjoys her time, dog handlers are well trained and super friendly with dogs and their owners.and they are always around when necessary.management, staff, and everyone works at the park, daycare, and grooming know what they do, and they do, and they do it the best way possible. I highly recommend MSH for the park on the weekends and daycare/boarding if you are traveling, you will have 24/7 access to a CCTV camera to check on your dog at any time of the day.

So much for professionalism.dog handlers don't even know how to handle dogs zero education in dog handling.zero understanding of dogs.and what to say bout the manager that's running the place if u managing a dog park/dog daycare/ dog boarding you should at least understand dogs and understand that not every dog is the same and some dogs dont like full on contact and react.
My dog likes to sit next to me in the park and doesn't play with other dogs keeps to him self mostly and hates it when other dogs come full on to him I'm always the one moving my dog away yet the handlers and other dog owners enjoying their coffee.hopefully we don't have to use your dog park or your boarding ever.
My dog has been a member at my second home for 4 years and but it funny how much they value their clients with just one minor incident of dog grawling at another they ask the dog to leave.

The people there are kind and patient towards the pets. They know how to pair the right kind of dogs together, so that they (the dogs) all have fun and are safe Excellent care. The facilities is spacious and has fun activities for all dogs.

My boy loved his stay there! It's like a slice of doggie heaven and a great retreat during the hot summer months.

Visited this indoor and air conditioned dog park with friends and their dog as they lived out here and we were visiting them. Being dog lovers we had to visit here OF COURSE
This place is huge and as a converted warehouse, it’s great to see what they have done with the space. Astro turfed it all inside, added an indoor doggy pool #LOVE, personal dog boarding villas and a surrounding external area (fenced and totally secured) for pets to run around and exercise. More import sky the staff are super friendly, attentive to all pet residents and loving with them too. Fully English speaking throughout.

On a Saturday afternoon, we called My Second Home to make sure the park is open until 8pm, which was confirmed to us by phone, only to be told once we arrived there that there is an ongoing private obedience class and only the dogs taking this training are allowed in the park. We were offered to let our dog play alone in the small dogs area but our dog is a medium size and is super energetic. We are not annoyed at the fact that there was an obedience class but at the fact that we actually called the place to make sure the park is open and were told it was. Our dog really loves the park there. We live 30min away so we just wasted 1 hour of our time because of this unpleasant experience.

I've been using MSH for 5 years since it first opened.

Very friendly staff. Great place for dogs to mix with other dogs. Superb facilities. Indoor and outdoor swimming pools, public dog park where you can play with your dogs. Excellent daycare and boarding facilities.

It’s a spacious area for dogs to run and play. Daycare is good for short hourly stays. Boarding facilities look good. It is pricey. My only concern is that I don’t agree small dogs are safe in the play area with larger dogs, especially when the smaller dogs could look like pray or snap back and get attacked even fatally. The play area isn’t manned by the staff and it’s up to the owner to protect or jump in to break up dog fights if it happens. There is no vet in house. As a small dog owner I do not recommend the open play area unless its empty of larger dogs. It would be prudent to separate larger dogs from smaller in the open play area. Which I will be following going forward and using the side smaller area for my pup. Although I was told by the trainer to leave the pup and let it be chased by 4 larger dogs so he could “find his ground “. I don’t agree. And it’s just my personal choice. I feel that I could see potential fatal attacks even though the larger dogs are deemed “safe”. As a small dog owner I feel it’s always better to be safe than sorry. Staff are friendly and helpful. But really I feel this is a BIG DOG centric place. Small dog owners be warned.

It's a place one can bust their stress in so many other ways, you just do not know how time flies there. Am in love with the place.
