Laundrybox has been my go-to for cleaning my clothes, and they've always done a fantastic job. They even addressed a stain issue I had, and my clothes came back looking brand new. Their attention to detail truly set them apart.

What turned me around was

- the impeccable job of the curtains
- I tried other clothes for dry clean - and very very impressive job - especially of my sarees which can be a disaster if not well done

Hence they have my attention now and my
review changed as well!

Laundry services have always been a hassle, but Laundry Box in Dubai has changed that for me. Their exceptional service, combined with the convenience of being a nearby laundry, makes them my go-to choice.

Everything is excellent, the items are well washed, without the smell of detergent and neatly folded, and at the same time a very good price for such a service.

I’m regular customer for last 2 years. Recently they returned my linen (wash&fold bag) including someone else’s pillow cases. And it’s not the first time - I raised same complain before.

Regarding the note below about 24 hours - I called your team on Sunday Jan 22, and you are replying on Friday Jan 27. A bit extended 24 hours.

I have only used their service once but totally recommend them. They came and collected clothes in a couple of hours of calling them on 800-5269. I gave four of my husband's suit jackets as well as an Indian party wear kurta for dry cleaning. They are reasonably priced (and will provide you with a pricelist before they collect) for all those fine and expensive clothes that you require handled with utmost care compared to some others that I have used in the past. They are very prompt with communication on whatsapp and also have an app for those who prefer that medium.
I received the clothes back in less than two days with impeccable service. A couple of weeks thereon, we realized that my husband had forgotten to take out a very expensive pocket square from it when we gave it for laundering. We called them and they were prompt in locating it and delivering it to us in less than 24 hours of us calling them thereby saving us the trouble of buying a new one to replace it.
Very happy with their service and professionalism.

The best laundry I have tried numerous ones but this Laundromat 's service is unprecedented. Also, the quality they strive to uphold is laudable. I am thankful to laundrybox for providing supreme five star services.

I don’t leave a lot of reviews but my experience here was just wonderful! I’m visiting from outside the country and only had a few hours to get my laundry done before leaving. They had it ready to go within 3 hours and were just so lovely! They even nicely folded and bagged my clothes.

Service provided was excellent as they were quick to respond to any queries and gave timely updates and advice on the clothing sent in. The delivery person was also very accommodating. Great. I am impressed.

Best Laundry service that I wish I knew about sooner! It was lovely to send all of our bedding and duvets off to be laundered at once, instead of spending a day washing load after load. Regularly use them to have my suits dry cleaned. Reliable, contactless pick-up and delivery, very good cleaning results, proper pressing that doesn’t hurt the material and surprisingly personal customer service. Do recommend their services. I am using My Box Laundry since beginning of 2020. They provide an excellent service with very good quality and always delivering on time, I really recommend it.

Mybox laundry is very convenient to use. The app is super user-friendly, scheduling for pick-up and delivery in simple easy steps. Very convenient. Quality of service is as advertised. So far I don’t have anything to complain about really, everything works which makes it so great!

Easy to use App with fast pick-up and delivery. I used them for dry-cleaning and they do a good job.

Using their laundry service via the stationary box for quite a while now, and sometimes collection & delivery as well. Service is excellent and good value for money, everyone I have been dealing with is friendly and helpful.highly recommended!

I have only used the laundry locker service twice because there is a locker in my new apartment building- however I already have had 3 problems with them.
Firstly they lost a bedsheet and claim never to have received it, however all of my other laundry was wrapped in the bedsheet and placed in a bag-for-life. So if all other pieces were cleaned, they must have had to remove the bedsheet first. This is most inconvenient because it’s for a uk bed and they don’t do the same sizes for replacement in UAE.
For the 2nd and 3rd problems, my items are being returned with horrible black marks on them, maybe from machines. Brand new pillow cases and another bedsheet,

I was offered a free wash to assist with the pillow cases on the next washload but I don’t want to put any more of my belongings in their laundry hub.
100% would NOT recommend.
