No After Sales Support.they dont answer Calls, Whatsapp, even emails. I have a pending case number for a week now.i have a pending cash inside.payment gateway is not working.just a waste of money, time and effort

I wouldn't trust this company with my $1. The Dubai branch tells you contact the Kuwait branch, the Kuwait branch tells you contact the Dubai branch. They just play and steal your money.

If you have a company that depends on online payments, Do Not use this unprofessional payment gateway
My company’s income is being held by them for the past 10-15 days and they say we have a problem with the bank
And why is that our problem? Who knows this money is held and used for what. I don’t believe them
Furthermore ; their customer services or the person they put in charge of your account has Zero customer service approach and when he replied he is giving you a big favor saying it’s a bank problem and could be solved today or after tommorow which has been One week now
And the tone is you like it you like and if you don’t also we don’t care!
Bye bye My Fatoorah I’m shifting to another company and for sure if I don’t receive my funds I will report this company to police and DED

They are very unprofessional, horrible service and the worst payment company you can deal with they randomly block payments and ask for IDs and your customer’s information in order to release the payments it’s a joke this company should close down they have no work ethics nor standards

I have been working with the company for a couple of months now or more and my account manager Omar AlArab is very very very friendly and helpful and available for me at any time i ever needed him. He is very supportive and even if there ara new issues he seeks help just to resolve it. The company itself and the services need some improvement in terms of the verity of services, transactions and fees to get more SME customers who need this solution for online payment unlike established large companies which have the capabilities to pay for other more expensive payment methods. I wish it could improve and cover worldwide payment and take fees into considerations for revision

I have the impression that it's not even a company and it's just someone who is not professional behind a phone that is playing at the same time who is talking to you.if you are a professional do not try to work with them.there are many other more professional payment solutions.
