When I booked them, I was clear in stating that I would need a cleaning service every week, at the same time, and with the same cleaning staff. For the first few weeks, this was fine. Then they kept changing the ladies they sent, which meant I had to keep giving instructions on what and how I preferred things to be done. It also meant that the cleaning took longer! They thought that messaging me at 12.30am on the day of my booking to tell me they were changing the staff was ok.very unprofessional! If you book a specific day and time every week, and request the same ladies each time, then that what you should expect (illness aside of course). I would not recommend this cleaning service at all!
